Boost Mobile — Local services in Reading

My friend had Boost mobile until today. He was a customer for 3 years, yesterday his phone was smashed by accident, he was unable to turn his phone on to get calls or messages. He went to 4 different Boost Mobile stores for help. He was told to call customer service to retrieve his pin that he forgot. No one would help this Boost mobile customer retrieve his pin to buy a new Boost mobile phone. We spent all day trying to get help. We went to Metro and within an hour problem was solved. New phone, pictures retrieved, pin retrieved and now he is a happy...

Website did not work for what I wanted to know. Did call to find out info and clerk who answered said they don't know I need to come to store. Did go to store and lone clerk says what I want is not available through boost and hands me a pamphlet to educate me. Pamphlet has on front and back that what I want is available. I point that out to clerk and she knows nothing about that however she will call her supervisor. Supervisor does not answer so she gives me the number of the other boost store nearby. Now I...

They sold me a lemon 🍋 of a Phone a year ago, brought a Phone for my Daughter after a week, the speaker phone stopped working. Insurance would not cover it, because it was too new, so they refered me to the Manufacturer. Manufacturer wanted me to send the Phone in for repairs instead of replacement phone.. Very unsatisfied experience to say the least.
