Taco Bell — Restaurant in Reading

As I approached Taco Bell I noticed a man was sweeping the parking lot. His name was Mabley. I stopped and talked to him and asked him if I could take his picture and get his name because I was so appreciative of the fact that he was cleaning the parking lot and making it look so nice. Not only did it look nice but it was sanitary and clean which is very important to me as a customer of any restaurant. I thanked him for sweeping the parking lot and told him that I too swept the parking lots of properties that I manage. Every job is important. And the restaurant business, cleanliness is next to godliness. Neatness and cleanliness doesn't happen on its own. It takes hard, dedicated work sometimes in bad weather to make facilities look good and be good. Taco Bell is lucky to have an employee like Maybly. Their facility in Reading is very clean, easy to get to, easy to get in and out and serves delicious food. The woman who was taking orders along with doing window was great. She was very nice and pleasant. I ordered a steak quesadilla that was made with the wrong sauce, the manager told me I was wrong but that they couldn’t take it back due to COVID. I then ask for one with the sauce on the side, miraculously the sauce in the cup was different. Jalapeño sauce has dark specs and the southwest or chipotle whatever it’s called is lighter with red ones. Let’s hope I don’t have COVID because the kitchen guy came and grabbed the old one back. I wasn’t questioning that she wasn’t showing me the correct bottle but I worked at Taco Bell, it’s easy to mistake the two bottles or someone even pouring the wrong one into the wrong bottle. I take it he was mad he had to remake it once again and there is barely any steak on it at all. I’m basically eating a cheese quesadilla and had to travel all the way back to fix what I paid for. The lady in the purple shirt who I assume was a manager is one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with here, and the window lady is too good to work for...

What can i say, it's Taco Bell which i like and this location is better than most around especially the one on Winton where im sorry we are out of taco meat for 45 minutes. Oh, i guess i didn't see the school bus full of teenagers go thru just minutes before me. We could make you a bean burrito? Anyway i like this location, seems to be better managed/staffed. However I would like to recommend to such when making any burrito type that before you fold up perhaps give it a little mix as to not be so much of a "Willie Wonka" burrito...1st bite all lettuce but wait here comes the sour cream on the 2nd. All beans on 3rd and yes they did have meat thawed at this location arriving on last bite. Maybe i will start at the other end on the next one. God forbid if i have to unfold and remember the sequence as it's iffy enough done by the professional. If you like taco bell as much as i do then you will forgive these little nuisances and worry more about...
