I've eaten quite a bit from here recently. The food is very good but there is a little bit of an issue with consistency. 95% of the time the empanadas, burritos and quesadillas are excellent. The 5% was one time when the chicken was hard as jerky - probably a day old. One other must fix. It is hard to find a cubano sandwich in Bridgewater. I've had it twice from here and this is what needs to improve bottom-up: Meats are good! Swiss is hard to find, need to consider adding extra. Pickles need to cover the whole sandwich so every bite has that crunch and sourness - not just a single row of round pickles down the center, you need those long pickle slices. Similar with the mustard, don't squirt a rectangle on the bun, you need a knife or spatula and put a layer on the whole bun. Lastly, when you put the sandwich in the panini press, brush the top bun with garlic butter and toast it - get it a little crunchy. If you read this a reply, I will be happy to try the sandwich again.

Read moreThey make the most amazing egg/cheese/Taylor ham breakfast sandwich!! Delicious and plenty of it! A double layer of everything! Well done!!
They also make the most amazing huevos con chorizo (eggs with chorizo)!! But remember, this is not Spanish chorizo, it is Mexican chorizo. They are two distinct types of chorizo. This breakfast dish was served with pink beans and tortillas. Everything was excellent. The eggs and chorizo combination was cooked perfectly. Keep in mind, these are not your regular American style scrambled eggs. They are chopped up scrambled mixed with the chorizo meat that gives it a nice, authentic orange color. The flavor was excellent! Definitely Mexican style huevos con chorizo! I highly...
