Jan 2019 I just moved in this place is very nice the owner is absolutely wonderful that's probably the biggest thing about this place . The owner is absolutely amazing and has really gone out of his way for me mind you it's in a very nice area I feel the prices are a little on the high side for this size of the Room that you get and there's no air conditioning and you have to pay $50 more to get a Room with air conditioning but again I just moved in 30 people live there it's more like a hotel where people live it's absolutely spotless again everyone seems to be very nice I met . I still have to get used to being there it's very expensive to live on your own these days but I highly highly recommend this place if you're in a situation and need to find a place to stay this owner will go above and beyond to help you get a Room in his facility it's not even a boarding house it's like one big hotel where everyone knows each other it's very homey ,clean very nice. I'm just being honest because I did think the rooms were going to be cheaper for the size of the rooms but you have to think it's on a farm and it's a very very nice area everything spotless you do share bathrooms which are cleaned every single day by house cleaners you get your own refrigerator and share it with someone else . you do have a washer and dryer there which you pay for. there is no check in or check out you could come and go-as-you-please there's absolutely no bad behavior tolerated which is very nice as especially if you're a female. I'm lucky I'm able to make the rent I'm just saying I thought that the Room was just gonna be a little bit bigger but again looking this day and age were living in people can't afford a small apartment without needing a roommate so basically it's just gonna take getting used too.

Lol But this place I more than recommend. march 2019 here’s an update even though I still highly recommend this place I highly feel that this place needs a deep scrubbing the kitchen it’s absolutely I don’t know how to say this without turning anyone off let’s just say it really needs a deep scrubbing I put a lot into this place and I’ve just gotten not too much validation for it sharing the bathrooms I literally have to scrub it before I even go into it but the owner I know is trying to work on making things a little bit better i’m making this for a view like this because in hopes that he will see it and know that it is a turn off when people come in and see in absolutely filthy kitchen it’s pretty much the walls and the garbage pail‘s in the refrigerators which I had to do all myself again this place does not have air-conditioning only a few rooms I am lucky that I have an air-conditioner my light socket holds it but you have to pay extra again the owner is working on really doing up the rooms to really make this look like...

The place is clean and safe and modest....its not the Hyatt hotel and doesnt claim to be...the head guy Chris is a no nonsense business man...hes hard but fair. .he doesnt allow public drinking, fighting, loud noise or disturbances...if you do he'll punch your ticket outta there...he demands timely rent payments...his clerical, on site guy is Will who is dependable and answers all your concerns/ questions...abide by the rules and dont cause problems and you can live comfortably and cheaply and in a clean/safe...

Affordable housing. Nice property. Big kitchen. 5 bathrooms which are cleaned everyday during the week. Property manager...
