Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Red Bluff

I Visit Dutch often, at least twice a week. This was my first time to this location and it was such a disappointment. Most locations have the most friendly employees but not this one. The gal working the window seemed annoyed that I pulled up, there was nobody in line and now I see why. There was no greeting just “what can I get you?” After I ordered I asked if she could scan my app because I had enough money on it to cover the bill. She scanned my app and then still took me the total so I asked if I could use the money on the app and she said “I guess” maybe I’m just used to other locations that ask if I have the app, if i’d like to use points or money, but she just seemed upset that I was there. We got our drinks quickly but as soon as she handed them to me, I knew they were wrong. They were not the color of a SF golden eagle but we took them anyways and drank them. We go to Dutch bros almost every day. We always ask whatever Dutch bros we go to for a plastic large cup with a lid so I can give my son some of my drink because he’s super picky and has to be the same size cup as mine. They wouldn’t give us one at all. Manager hid in the back and made her employee speak for her. We even offered to buy it off of them we just wanted the empty plain cup. They said no. What the hell? Their excuse was many people have been littering ? They offered us the paper coffee cup because it’s cheaper for them? Yet we offered to buy the plastic clear cup ? We had no issue buying it from them if that’s the issue. Still said no. Not coming back to this location at all. Makes no sense what so ever. Learn to lie...

out of town, stopped by to grab a rebel and a coffee, walked up to the window, right off the bat the girl with brown hair had a horrible attitude, no smile, i understand bad days, i work in the service industry myself, and was appalled at how i was treated. my drink was good that isn’t the issue. the total was 15 dollars, we gave her 20 dollars, she came over to us and very rudely said here are your drinks and walked away, we did not receive our change nor were we asked if we’d like it back. she walked away to fast for us to even ask, and at that point we decided it wasn’t worth it we have a 5 hour drive back home. extremely disappointed and upset with this experience. and still managed to unwilling give...
