Frontier Village — Local services in Red Bluff

I am giving Frontier Village 4 stars, as I can only speak about the health clinic here. All of the doctors here are awesome! Dr. Wendy Is my current physician, she is well liked by everyone that sees her. I recommended her to two of my three sisters and they both travel 30 miles to see her, that says it all. The staff, all great I miss Maria for whom I played arch nemesis! Haha! She has gone on to other things, and I hope she is doing well. Decades ago this place was called Old Cowtown and was filled with businesses. A lot of restaurants, a bookstore (only one in town), ice cream shop, record store, etc. But the original developer sold it and the new one raised the leases. Thus began the slow decline of this innovative mall. Soon it seemed like only government offices were tenants.
