M & M Ranch House — Restaurant in Red Bluff

Decent food, poor service. Very rude ppl. I stopped the waitress to tell her my wife's eggs are under done. She tells me she ordered them over easy so that's why the whites are runny. No, whites are not supposed to be raw for over easy, this is all to common of thing. But her response is, 'that's how we do it here'. Guess what hun, your doing it wrong. Then i sent back my toast because it tasted moldy. My wife tasted it and spit it out. So as I pay for my family's meal, I notice the side toast is still on the ticket. I ask the hostess to remove the toast because I sent it back, (literally 2 bites taken from it). She kinda looks at me weird and says she has to ask my waitress cuz she didn't serve me. "Ahh, you got me. The nerdy tattood guy is definatly trying to get over on you for $1.99. You have foiled my nefarious plot". Seriously, I've been profiled plenty of times because I'm almost completely covered in tattoos to know what's up. So the waitress comes over and tells me that my toast was fine, and that it was from the same bag as my wifes. That mat be true that it came from the same bag, but I don't want to pay for something that tastes like a dog turd dipped in cool ranch. She makes me pay for the toast I sent back and DIDN'T eat. All in all, I'll say this... Don't deal with these ppl. They are rude, ignorant, and pushy. The establishment is dark, dirty, and kinda worn down. My meal was good, (ranch breakfast burrito), my wife's meal was ok except the eggs being raw (steak and eggs) and my mom ordered biscuits and gravy but told me it was ok. So halfway decent food with very, Very poor service. I will never eat here again, and am now going to go out of my way to warn ppl to not patron here. Wish I got the name of our server to put on here. But between having to evacuate because of the Carr fire and the lack of sleep, I...

First time customer here and what a gem! Incredible customer service and the food was DELICIOUS. Hubby had the “Deputy” with tots. I should have taken a pic from the side... it was STACKED full of roast beef. Son had the fish and chips and even with him being a picky eater, he devoured every bite. Fish was perfectly battered and crispy. Daughter had the kids cheeseburger and fries. She loved it. Aunt had an adult cheeseburger and fries. She loved hers as well. The burgers are charbroiled and VERY flavorful. I had the “M and M Killer Combo” which is an appetizer... deep fried heaven really. Chicken tenders (perfect), friend zucchini(homemade and SUPER yummy), beer battered onion rings(yum!) and best of all... fried cheese curds!!! They were OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD!!! And to top it all off, when the waitress heard it was our daughter’s 6th birthday a couple weeks ago, she surprised her with a chocolate cupcake (brought my son one too). I normally love coming here, however, this visit today was the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. The waitress we had was so unbelievable rude from the get go. One order we had, was a burger and we had asked for it medium rare. When the burger arrived it was bloody rare. My guest with me politely asked if they could cook it longer because it was way too bloody and the waitress said that it was what she asked for. She said that what my guest asked for was how they cooked their medium rare and said that she should have asked for it well done and it would have had some pink in the meat. On top of that whole conversation, she then started complaining about us in front of us to other waitresses! I am in shock with this whole experience and will probably not go back for...
