McDonalds is McDonalds, what can you say? I'm changing my star rating. After living here for 5 months, we've gone to MC Donald's several times and I'm sorry to say, there's ALWAYS something wrong. One morning my husband and I drove through the drive thru for a quick breakfast. I ordered a sausage McMuffin with no egg, my husband wanted a burger. He got his quarter pounder, my sausage mc muffin was a quarter pounder as well. Another time we went for breakfast but ate there, my husband got the Big Breakfast Platter with hotcakes. They didn't even bring him syrup, he had to ask for it, I guess they were busy because they were doing that thing with the drive thru, having people park and someone bringing their orders to their car. Well we happen to be sitting near the door that they were using, and every 5 minutes we were having to get up and open the door for an employee!! We weren't doormen! Your employees should have had keys to the door instead of having customers keep getting up to open the door for them, interrupting our breakfast! Tonight we went through and I ordered an Artisan Grilled Chicken sandwich. I couldn't even pick it up to eat it because whoever made it put so much of the sauce on it, the lettuce and tomato kept sliding out. Half of the sauce had come out and the sandwich was swimming with it in the box. I also ordered a sweet tea. My drink was warm, all the ice was melted. Needless to say, we probably won't be coming back. I'm sorry, we gave this McDonalds several chances. You know, one time a mistake or something isn't right, that's okay, it happens, but every single time something is wrong, the order gets messed up, that means that something isn't right in the restaurant. Unless we get a real craving for something at McDonald's, we probably won't be...

While the food was good and fresh, what is up with the slippery, greasy feeling floor? It's not slippery like freshly mopped. It's like there is a layer of grease on the entire floor. It's not my shoes, because my kids were slipping too. Seriously, the floor wasn't like this before they remodeled. Why is it so slippery?? Just regular mopping isn't getting rid of it. Management, if you read this, please fix your floor. I feel like I am ice skating on the floor each time I am here. I have to walk super slow just to make sure I don't slip and fall. How has nobody else noticed this? Leaving the review at 1 star until that safety issue is corrected.
The food is never a problem here, and most of the time, the employees are great. However, sometimes it seems as if the management is non-existent, since sometimes the place gets pretty dirty, even though almost no other customers are there. Also, since they remodeled, the floor there is always slippery. Not like fresh mopped slippery, but like a thin layer of grease...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām not sure what happened, but I think they might have turned the WiFi off. During long drives, I usually stop somewhere to get some work done without using my hotspot data. McDonald's is one of those places. I always make a purchase, even if itās just a coffee or tea. In this case, I bought sweet tea and a pie.
A few minutes after sitting down, the WiFi suddenly disconnected. I approached a young employee who, oddly enough, couldnāt seem to make eye contact as I explained the situation. He shuffled around and said he didnāt know why it happened and asked if I wanted to speak with his manager. I said yes, I would like to talk to the manager.
However, the manager never came to talk to me, and eventually, the WiFi appeared to be working again on all my devices. A little while later, I asked the young man if he had informed the manager, and he said yes. The person he pointed out as the manager walked by me several times with a forced smile but never said a word. About 30 minutes later, the WiFi disappeared again. Frustrated, I packed up my things and left.
Can someone please tell me if this is how McDonald's WiFi...
