A hidden, charming place in Redding, CT. My son and I went there for dinner. The drinks were delicious and they have a great Cocktail/Mocktail selection as well as beer and wine. I enjoyed both the Spicy Margarita and the Rhubarb Bloom. Both were delicious! My son had a Guinness and the Golden Hour which he enjoyed. For an appetizer we had the Pulled Duck Poutine which was deliciously made with sweet potato fries and Taconic Distillery maple bourbon gravy and cheese curds. The Patatas Bravas were also delicious with both an exceptional smoky tomato sauce and roasted garlic aioli to dip into. For dinner, I had Artichoke and Wild Mushroom Lasagna which was out of this world. You could taste everything that was in this rollatini. My son had the Owl Bar Burger which was cooked perfectly on a fresh Brioche bun and the fries were also delicious. For dessert we tried the Sticky Toffee Pudding which is one of my favorite desserts. It was perfect and the whipped cream was creamy and delicious just on its own. The servers Samantha and Cody were very friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. We were seated quickly and everything came to the table in a timely fashion. We were lucky enough to meet the chef Glen who made our meal. He takes pride in each meal he prepares and you can tell by talking to him he loves being a chef. The bartender Ryan was also very nice and makes great drinks. My son and I had the pleasure of meeting the owners Jerry and Kate who were both very nice and we had a nice conversation with them. This place is new and has a market on the other side of the restaurant that I can't wait to try. This place is a must try. Only 15 min from...
