Vicky's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Redford Township

I love this cute ice-cream shop! Its very vintage styled. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. I would say not to go anytime after 9PM. Although it says they close at 10PM they may close at 9:30 or later, not sure. Tried to go around 9:45PM with 2- 6 year old kids, the staff was cleaning and politely did not come unlock the door. The kids were DEVASTED! :( Us adults were equally was bummed I think it's a bad business practice to turn away 3 adults and 2 kids at the door, when you should be open. They were so excited but I'll definitely bring them back to taste REAL ice-cream. A scoop is enough for anyone! I would've given it 5 stars if not for that because they were so bummed. I had really relied on them to close at the time posted on Google and the business door. Got everyone packed up to go get ice-cream and was let down! With that being said I'll definitely be back(...

ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!!!! The food is normal really, not that amazing and the old lady who works there(possibly the owner) is the nastiest person on earth! To every customer in the place she was rude, another customer (retired fire fighter)told her to have patience and she couldn't have been worse! NEVER GOING BACK! The poor girl being trained was treated like dog poop for no reason! I am absolutely shaking with fury from being in there! I don't have enough kind words to describe it further...... absolutely never again..just moved...

This place is great they have homemade ice cream i believe and it's really delicious me and my husband went with out son and he got a custom Sunday and he was dancing when he was eating it. Me and my husband got a small turtle Sunday with peppermint chocolate chuck ice cream and it was actually really good because it had actually pieces of peppermint in it which we did not know and it is now out favorite one. This is our ice cream shop especially because we just moved and needed a new ice cream...
