Starbucks — Restaurant in Redlands

They are always slow when I go and their drinks always taste watered down or not made correctly. I ordered the toasted white chocolate mocha frappuccino when it was available and they forgot to add the chocolate and white creme into the middle of it. Like seriously that's what makes it a toasted frappuccino. And last time I used the mobile order and added 4 pumps of toffee nut syrup to my white chocolate mocha frappuccino, and when I went in I watched the guy make it and clearly saw him only pump 2 pumps of the toffee nut syrup. And when he finished my drink it tasted so watered down and not sweet at all. So I told the guy that made it and said that I saw him only pump 2 pumps. He actually had the nerve to tell me I was wrong and that he pumped 4 pumps and refused to make me a new one. I live right next to this Starbucks it's a bummer that they're not good, I actually drive to the other Starbucks by me, which is 10 minutes further than this one, just because this Starbucks doesnt ever make my...

This place has gone way down hill if you ask me. I've been going in here to get coffee since the first day it opened. They used to be pretty fast, and very clean. On my latest visit I experienced none of what I remember. It's been a few months since the last time. First off, when I walked in there was quite a line going, and only one person working at the register, obviously not the most experienced of the bunch, as he kept having to ask questions of whom I can only assume was the manager. This place is not safe at all! My purse was stolen in 30 seconds when I went to the register to order. It is full of homeless people who sit inside the store. So be careful! I talked to the manager to check the cameras and they said they will need a police order to do that. The police officer came that day but never followed up on my case. He said the starbucks people did not respond to his calls and starbucks said the police never reached out. It’s been 3 weeks and no one helped with checking the camera.
