Wingstop — Restaurant in Redlands

I placed an order on the app for carry out when i meant to place it for delivery I called the Wingstop the gentleman working there told me there’s nothing he can do about it except take a picture of the receipt and the manager might come in the next morning in and might refund my money so the next morning I called they told me basically the same thing so I asked the lady I was speaking with if they can just make me the food and we don’t have to worry about the refund and call it a day The lady on the phone told me that is fine so I drove from Redlands to Mentone to be met with a 15 minute wait then to be met with the manager telling me that she already refunded the money and they will not be giving me any food. She offered me a smaller portion of food then was purchased in compensation my wait time, but I declined because I was not interested in waiting longer when I was leaving the worker that was making the food said, did we make all this food for nothing now I’m assuming they threw out the order that she was making for me but the manager did not want to give me the refund and the food which I can understand but why would you waste food? The food is hit and miss. Sometimes, it is fresh. Other times, the fries are cold, and the wings have obviously been sitting for a while. But the reason i enjoy going to this location is because the workers are genuinely nice and they're just trying to do their job. I think it's an entire team thing, where they all are kind, so they keep it going effortlessly. I have ordered in store asking for lots of changes, and the person taking the order was patient and offered suggestions to make it less expensive. I have also ordered online to the wrong location and when I showed up here they helped me figure out what to do and offered to make me the new order within 10 mins and explained how I could get a refund at the other location. They check your phone for online orderes but they're nice about it so it isn't an inconvenience. They're just nice here, and that matters to keep a loyal customer even if the food doesn't always hit. Hands down the best wing stop location. My wife and I love wing stop, we have had wing stop in so many different locations and this one is the ONE! Every time we order from here the order is on point, on time, and Irvin and his team are always providing the absolute best customer service! Wing stop needs to give Irvin some market share. Every time my wife and I get wings, he has been there with a smile on his face, giving the best customer service, making the absolute best wings and fries, and running a tight crew that also gets it done!
