Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

Received the most disgusting customer service from this restaurant from its manager/supervisor. I’ve come to this location numerous times to order my food and to pick up for deliveries for ubereats. Today when I went to pick up an order, I was not greeted as usual but I asked the delivery driver next to me if anyone has even said “hello” it anything. He said no nothing at all. I then mentioned to the man in green which must be the manager that he hasn’t been acknowledged at all. The “manager” stated “I’ve been working on orders”. For one thing that’s not a way to respond to someone, and secondly, what does saying “Hello, thank you so much for waiting patiently we will be right with you” have ti do with what your body is doing. You can pack a order while still speaking at the same time. That’s a lame excuse for rude behavior. I do not suggest coming to this location with a rude manager like that. Customer service has never been bad at chick fil a to me until today. When I further explained to the manager that he could still speak to us and not just look at us stand there and not even say hello. It’s really sad what jobs have come to these days and if that type of behavior goes unnoticed and then that means it was okay. Greeting customers is the easiet thing to do on a job. Sad that it...

Came here to redeem my free bday dessert. At the drive through, there were two workers standing there to take our orders. I showed them my QR code to scan for the freebie, but I don’t think it took!! So now I’m wondering if they charged us for the cookie. My app doesn’t show any points for the food we just ordered, and the free birthday reward is still there. :(

And I had asked for a brownie, but they gave us a cookie instead.

We didn’t get a receipt for our purchase, so I can’t even ask for an adjustment.

We also asked for a kale side salad instead of fries with my chicken sandwich meal, but they ended up leaving the fries with the meal and tacking on a large kale salad with grilled chicken instead.

The food itself was okay. I thought Chick-fil-a was supposed to be very good. But dunno if this experience was the norm or an anomaly. We probably won’t be returning to this location since they messed...

First experience ordering from here. I paid 32.00 for my order, and the girl at the drive-thru window handed me 2 milkshakes and told me that was all I ordered. I asked to speak with her manager, and the manager seemed confused. I told her what my order consisted of, and she apologized and still handed me the wrong order. I paid an additional 8.00 to correct their error, and then the manager handed me two small cups of fruit. I originally paid for 2 of the medium-sized cups of fruit. * The food was dry. The bread was dry. The lettuce was old. The French fries were overly salty, and the macaroni had the taste of cardboard. The cheese was burnt and dry.
