Spoiler alert** love this TBell. LOVE it. Especially the night crew. They seem to rotate a little but I/we seem to go at least 1-2 x/week and every team just continues to nail it.. Even down to the sauce. I don't want to jinx anything but - we have never had an incorrect order. Not once and we usually have a decent $20+ order for just 2 of us. We were impressed when: (story of their awesomeness): [We] were in the process of moving-out of our home last week and were super tired but hungry... we went in about 15 +/- minutes until closing. And I want to give them them some credit where its deserved. The TB evening staff/crew at (inside dining) closing time were all very friendly and welcoming- and im sure it was nearing the end of their shifts but they still managed to have a good sense of humor.(Later on I realized they close the "dining room" at 10pm i think, but the drive-thru is OPEN TIL 4AM YOU GUYS...4 AMMMM...)
The food was on point, just as great and consistent as usual.The cashier was very knowledgeable (yes I did have dumb questions and he didn't even laugh at me) about the menu changes (Mexican Pizza) over the last year and answered our menu and food combo# questions super efficiently, got our order in fast and produced it correctly...AND made our lives easy.
The "front of house" staff at the Artesia Blvd location (Redondo Beach) including the young man tending to the ordering area (the guy taking our order at the register inside), were hospitable, and while we didn't stay too long- they also didn't pressure us at all to leave exactly at the minute of closing and made us feel comfortable/welcomed. Being exhausted from the move, we really appreciated that- and their humor- making it a good & easy experience for us to quickly sit down and have a bite to eat before going on our way. Read moreI keep hoping things will get better. This is the only Taco Bell near my work and it’s one of the only things open super late. Unfortunately every time I go it’s a disaster and loss of money. Tonight was the second time in three days that I order on the app and when I got there they informed me they were out of soda’s. The only way to get your money back is through the app, which is impossible. I have been requesting a refund for two months now and still haven’t heard from Taco Bell. On top of this, there have been other issues. Once I was missing food, but couldn’t go back since I had to be at work. Another time I ordered a nacho bell grande and added guacamole, which I paid for, but they didn’t put it on there. As another person said, they only put sour cream at only one end of the taco. They removed the Baja Blast Zero off the app for this location, but they still have it, which makes zero sense. The manager refuses to carry the breakfast salsa, even though it’s offered on the app. I usually wait 15 minutes to pick up an app order that I placed 10 minutes before arriving. They are short staffed, but the manager seriously needs to do better. If the manager is struggling they need to let someone higher up know. I just don’t understand why there are so many issues with this location, but the Lawndale location is always amazing and always has everything in the store and on the app and has never messed up my order. Read more4/23/18 update: Sharing an experience I just had... Sunday morning walked in at 11:01am literally...2 other guys in front let me go first...i ask is it too late to order breakfast? and the employee says sorry it is... they stop at 11am...other 2 guys want breakfast too...okay fine and the employee is courteous but then she says they only order enough for exactly enough to last until 11 and are all out.... Really.... That sounds ridiculous...so none of us want anything else...only breakfast...but they say sorry no more breakfast...so all 3 of us walk out! Really taco bell?...is it your policy to turn away so many customers? We're talking 1 minute after 11am??? Okay fine so it's after the time you stop serving but only 1 minute after!? LOL... I dunno I think I would rather keep 3 customers in and help them buy something than turn all of them away, but what do I know? Went to McDonald's instead...
Drive thru exit sucks for lowered cars...you have to back up and go out the side entrance... Location is convenient but the service at the drive thru window is inconsistent...sometimes good sometimes bad...this morning...
