Cancun Bay — Restaurant in Reedsburg

This place was AMAZING. My boyfriend was up here visiting me a couple of weeks ago in early July. Initially when we pulled up it looked homey, it has a small outer interior but dont let that fool you. As soon as we walked in the door the outer paled in comparison to the interior! We were sat immediately and they took our drink order. The chips and salsa were so good. We ordered the nachos as an appetizer and within 3 minutes they were brought to us (and tasted AMAZING) and when we placed our entree order the food came out so fast (and was so good) boyfriend had the philly cheesesteak burrito and I had the enchilada supreme item and both were DELICIOUS. We also had the Flan for dessert and it was some of the best Flan we ever had! They also have social distancing between each table to ensure guest safety and health. My family went there to eat and they ordered me a steak burrito with only steak nothing else to bring home when they got home i went to eat it and it was totally wrong so I called them to tell them it was wrong somewhere the order got messed up and i would like my steak burrito I ordered and payed for and I can bring in the wrong one they gave me they said no I would have to pay for a whole new one if I wanted the one I originally ordered in the first place. An the lady said she is the one that took the order and she wasnt the older gentlemen is the one that took the to go order so she just straight lied to me on the phone. I just wanted what I ordered and paid for in the first place nothing more and she told me no I would have to pay again. My husband and I were staying at the Pine Grove B&B(Which is amazing by the way), and we were looking online for a place to eat at, and I noticed that this place got some pretty great reviews. Since we love Mexican food we thought we would give it a shot. Now when you pull up it really doesn't look like a place that is going to serve you delicious fresh made entrees and appetizers, but looks can be deceiving! This place was just absolutely fantastic! Like most places, they offer chips and salsa right when you sit down. Both were very very tasty. We got the Cheesy Nachos topped with Shredded Chicken as an appetizer and it was phenomenal.
