Carmelas Pizza-Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Reidsville

Went in to have lunch with my family. The waitress was horrible. She was loud and had an attitude. She was not speaking in the same tone to tables around us. We got our food pasta dishes and were never asked if we needed something else. My son asked for parmesean cheese never got it. My step mom asked for a knife she a a actually made an exasperated sound. What stood out to me was when a table behind us got their food she offered them the parmesean for pizza and a knife. This behavior was like this from the time we sat down. She got worse when room temp wine was asked for. The food was decent. I had lasagna noodles in my baked spaghetti. I asked for meat sauce and 1/2 was meat sauce the other 1/2 was marinara. The side with the meat sauce had lasagna noodles mixed in it. But it was still really flavorful My son's ziti was not cooked correctly the pasta was not cooked all the way. When the meal was over she asked him did he want a box he said no he couldn't eat it the pasta wasn't done. She asked him did he want something else. Owner and her staff were very very rude and the foods not that good for them to act some type of way. Will never visit again. Reno should have kept the restaurant instead of the wife running into the ground.

edit: in their response they're saying my cards wouldn't work but only one of them is messed up and i tried to show them that i was transferring money to my cashapp card to use that instead and the man was basically like "what's your phone gonna do" and then it declined because it was still transferring and i said try it again then he was saying if this doesn't go through then you have to leave but i still had cash so either way i was gonna pay and get my food they just weren't being understanding about the whole card situation and being...

Me and my boyfriend went to eat here around 8pm. The girl who waited on us was sweet but she didn’t have a pen or a pad so I was nervous she’d forget something.
