Well It's obvious that night shift has better workers and better service. I've been there 2 times and 1st shift, although the cashier was pleasant the food was an atrocity. Whoever you had working August 9th at 10:39 AM, may not need to be an opening cook. I was the only customer, why was my food slapped together like the cook didn't give a phuck? *see the images I opened one wrapper and the onions fell out onto the floor. They weren't even on the sandwhich. One burger had ketchup, and mustard smeared all over and the bread was soggy and slid halfway off the burger. The tea had to have been sitting out bc it was hot and barely had any ice. The bacon ranch wrap smelled and had old lettuce in it. I couldn't eat it. Because of the way my food was served, I have to let the franchisor know about this incident . Y'all just opened, hire workers that want to work. I think the cashiers even had a problem with him. I didn't even see him and I know that it was a guy, bc of the cashiers reaction to him. Second shift is the best! I had things on my burger that I didn't even ask for. Hope that I didn't get any spit!

Last night around 9pm we drove up to the farthest lane. We waited as 3 cars (in other lane) gave there order and drove away. Our speaker clicked a couple times but we didn't hear anything. After a 4th person pulls up in the other lane we left and went to the other lane. We assumed the speaker wasn't working. We were wrong, right after the next 2 cars were helped. As we pull up to the window I see a Hispanic girl have her hair loose handling food and drinks. I did look this up and NC law is that hair has to be restrained. We've had other issues with them not giving us our order. The uncleanness is a huge no for us!

I've loved the Cook Out chain, since they opened, years ago. So much so, in fact, that I managed one for awhile. One of the many things that I love about them, is that no matter which location you visit, the food is exactly the same... Delicious! With most Fast Food Restaurants, you trade quality, for quantity, but, not with Cook Out. Their Burger Trays, with double sides, and a drink, are the perfect solution when you're too tired to cook for the family. They're a great value, all around! P.S. I HIGHLY suggest their Milkshakes, especially, the seasonal, Summer, Watermelon Shakes (July-August only). Enjoy!

We have visited this location numerous times since it first opened last year. Prior to our most recent visit, there were things we liked and disliked about this Cook Out.

Likes: The BBQ is good. But you never know how much your portion will be. The hushpuppies are good and crispy. But you never know how many will be on your plate.

The service was good when they first opened. Now it's minimal.

Dislikes: The french fries are always soggy, mushy, and half-cooked. Most people like crispy fries. The slaw has zero flavor unless you count cabbage as a flavor. It seems to be only shredded cabbage and nothing else added.

Our most recent visit was a failure. We spent over $50.00. We did not receive all of our orders. We had already gotten back home by the time we noticed our bags were missing items that we paid for. The fries were beyond the typical soggy and were very unevenly cooked with raw areas inside. The BBQ portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller. My husband's plate had a very tiny portion. Also, we asked for hot sauce and ketchup. We only received ketchup.

Is it too much to expect the food we purchase to be cooked correctly? Is it too much to expect to receive...
