Taco Bell — Restaurant in Reidsville

My wife stopped to pick up dinner for the family tonight and had a pretty decent order. When she got to the window she sat there forever waiting. When they finally came they gave her the food and she left. At the stop light she looked through the bag and seen that about half the order was missing. So she turned around and went back to the store and went inside to get what was left out. She stood there for a while waiting. By this time all the tacos and her Mexican pizza had gotten soggy. Not one time did anyone apologize or offer to refund said missing items. Long story short, our 35$ worth of food was not worth eating when she got home. Was mostly mush. She asked to speak to a manager while she was there and was told the managers couldn't come up front. I'm sure they will never miss us, but will never go back there. The Taco Bell in Reidsville, NC is consistently, the worst Taco Bell of any I've ever been to. Dining room is always cold, winter and summer. Even the cashiers are often wearing coats. The last times we went, wait times to take your order have been extended. This is nothing but a tactic to make you use the self service menu.

Meat is tasteless which hardly seems a necessary criticism giving the small amount of meat your given. Taco shells are occasionally uncooked but taken right out of the box and served. Or, the shells are so thin they fall a part. We don't go there anymore. For what you get, the price is high. Hello, I normally don't leave reviews if minor mistakes are made, however I came to the Reidsville location to pick up a quick dinner for my family. The drive thru attendant taking my order was pleasant, but I had to repeat myself several times. I approached the window and she processed my transaction. She then handed me my drinks with no offer of a drink carrier. A few moments later someone else handed me my order and said, "Have a great night!" I got home, I don't live in town, and realized that half of my order was missing! I've had one or two items missing, but this was an entire Luxe Box, and a crunch wrap combo.
