Our waitress was so nice and service was excellent but most of the food was under cooked. My whitefish tastes like rubber and was dry over cooked (clearly frozen not fresh) the condiments on the table were in dirty,damaged open plastic bottles the tops cut off so has constant exposure to air. The condiments were ketchup what looked like salsa and tartar sauce. The tarter sauce sits on the table all night! At dinner the sauce was room temp. That is inappropriate storage for tartar sauce and if this isn’t stopped it will kill someone. The meal was not good and it’s irritating to spend 50 dollars on fish items you can’t use the tarter sauce. If the waitress wasn’t so nice I think I would have exploded.even more concerning is when I asked for cold tarter sauce I was informed the sauce in the back was even older. I’m glad she was honest but this restaurant needs to respect the health of customers and stop the sloppy food storage and prep! Read moreIt’s hard to find restaurants that meet all the requirements for me to do presentations in; however, this restaurant went above and beyond on all accounts. Their private room is truly private and can hold 20-40 people comfortably in a horse shoe setting. I want to give a huge shout out to our wonderful waitress, Bri. It’s hard to find people these days that are competent at their jobs but also just nice in general. Bri was phenomenal with meeting our deadlines for orders to be taken and food and drinks to be served. She is someone that understood the urgency to get in and get drinks quickly plus grab their menus. This fish camp has better service than 90% of our typical high end restaurants across the country. Her manager, Heather, had the kitchen time out precisely when our food needed to be out. Heather is leading a great team and it shows. I will be recommending everyone in my company to come back and ask for Heather and Bri when we do these business dinner seminars. This was a breath of fresh air. Read moreOrdered takeout at lunch time for evening meal. The order was 1 each large salt and pepper catfish and small salt and pepper catfish with a sweet potato on both. I also ordered a single sweet potato on the side. The meal was approx.$27. I did not receive the large catfish dinner but 2 small ones and no single sweet potato. The brown sugar opened in the paper bag with the cole slaw and tartar sauce and was everywhere. When I called back, of course I was offered to come back to get a piece of fish and potato. I declined but told the person on the phone that in the future I will check my order PRIOR to leaving. It is frustrating to pay this for dinner plus tip, which I did only to have to get food delivered for the person that didn't get fish or potato. THIS IS DISAPPOINTING AND UNACCEPTABLE!
