Burger King — Restaurant in Reno

NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

THEY SERVED ME A "NEW" BURGER BUT IT WAS REALLY JUST THE SAME BURGER THAT FELL IN BETWEEN MY SEAT AND DOOR.

Today, around 11:40am we went through the drive-thru and ordered with no problem. (The order was a medium #1 and a medium #11, just in case a Manager would like to review the security cameras).

When we pulled up to the window we paid and when the lady was handing us the bag, it ripped.

When that happened, the lady who was handing us the bag went back to get another bag. The burger and fries fell on me. The Whopper came out of its wrapper and fell in between the driver's seat and the door. I didnt get upset about that, accidents happen.

When the lady came back with the new bag, I told her what had happened and she surprisingly started to look annoyed.

She saw me pulling the burger out from the side where it fell out of and I gave it back to her (again, a Manager can review the drive-thru cameras). She goes back into the kitchen to, I presumed, make a new burger.

Sadly, that wasn't the case as I find out later.

Another lady told me to pull to the side until it was ready. Not even a minute later she comes out with a burger, again, I presumed that was new.

The burger wasn't at all warm to the touch. But I had to drop off the meal before my Wife's break was over. So I didn't too much into it.

Anyway, I drop off the Whopper and fries to my Wife. Then I figured that was that. But, about 10mins later my Wife texts me, saying that the buns looked tore up, it was very messy, and that it was missing some pickles.

When I read that, I immediately remembered that I threw out 2 pickles and a whole bunch of lettuce when I was cleaning out the mess from the side of my seat. That explained why it took them so fast to "replace" the burger and why it wasn't even warm to the touch.

I didn't even get my receipt and they don't even pick up their phone.

Please, I advice you to be very wary of this location as they do not care about food safety practices and...

The drive thru lady was rude snippy cut me off when I was trying to ask a question about the lunch menu but one get one for $1. So you can't get the meal just the sandwich which is $9 , since when is one whopper almost $10 no fries no drink nothing!! They do not have gluten free items at all I couldn't even get my hamburger with no bun or a lettuce wrap they threw my dry hamburger on a to go plate with nothing on it absolutely nothing no sauce, no pickles,no lettuce NO CHEESE NOTHING. SO I PAID $9 FOR A HAMBURGER PATTY !!! NO SEASONING NO SALT OR PEPPER JUST A BLAND ASS PATTY ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW..THEN TO ADD ON A MED FRIE AND SMALL DRINK IT CAME TO $14.91 !!!!! IVE BEEN ROBBED, AND SHE DIDNT EVEN ASK WHAT I WANTED TO DRINK SHE JUST HANDED ME A COKE NOOOO THATS NOT WHAT I WANT CAN I PLEASE HAVE ROOTBEER? I got a small root beer with no ice ok no I'm sorry but who wants a Luke warm soda on a hot day,? NOBODY INFACT WAIT IM GOING TO SHOW EVERYONE WHAT MY PLATE LOOKS LIKE I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN $15 FOR A DRY HAMBURGER PATTY AND WARM SODA JUST WASTED MONEY I DONT HAVE TO THROW AWAY THANKS FOR A HORRIBLE LUNCH BURGER KING!!! So I came back to get an ice cream cone there is 5 employees behind the counter while me and the Post man stood in line for 25 minutes they all seen us standing in line and they just walked right past not saying a word , everyone behind the counter was speaking Spanish uhm I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish and mind you this is at 10:30 am. We finally get helped and this lady gives me a fricken BABY CONE YES A BABY CONE 2 BITES ITS GONE THATS HOW SMALL IT WAS, I didn't get any napkins, a receipt nothing, damn shame when you come to BurgerKing and no one speaks English what's our country coming too!!?!?oh and a side note the ice cream is not the same at all BK this store was not good had q funny taste to it didn't taste like milk 0r...

We ordered 3 whoppers, 3 fries, a frozen pink lemonade and two other drinks at the kietzke Burger King. We waited 15-20 minutes before we asked what was taking so long and the girl who took our order said that they were doing drive thru orders and walked off. We were number 25 and our order wasn’t even up on the order screen so we flagged down one of the line workers and asked him, he took my receipt back to her and she came up and started looking for our order in bags and then the boy came back up and told us that they would get it started so I asked him if he knew that two of the whoppers we wanted with no onions and one of those add cheese. He said I know I have your receipt. So I sat down and waited and when they finally called order number 25 we went up and grabbed the bags and I asked the line worker girl that handed it to us if they took the onions off of two of them and added cheese to one of them and she said yes. We get home and take our burgers and none of them had cheese. I was so frustrated and angry. I called the Burger King we went to and someone picked up but no one would talk and I kept asking hello so when they just left it on because I could hear them in the background, I just hung up.
