At 2:50 pm on August 30, 2024, I've requested a regular side of fries (well-done) and 2 female staff members who were preparing orders up-front told me they can't change the way fries or food is made.
So apparently you can't request well done or freshly made as I did on this visit but was denied by the two female staff members. I've asked for the manager on duty which was a male, and the manager prepared my request which I didn't mind waiting extra time for my special request food...

Just ate here and I’m glad this is an option at UNR. Really fresh healthy food that’s is not found in this area. Had some purple pickles as well....
