Panda Express — Restaurant in Reno

While they did load me up on fortune cookies and they were all very polite and fast, my big issue was the fact that they do NOT fill up the containers to the top. I Even had to ask him to please put a few more pieces of orange chicken in the container since there was so much room. Then I thought he would have gotten then hint by me asking him to fill the orange chicken to the top but as I was watching him fill my 13.00 side of hunny walnut shrimp HE PULLED THE SAME FRICKING THING!! Only filled it three quarters of the way full!! I’m sorry but if I’m paying for a full side of chicken and a full side of shrimp, I WOULD LIKE MY FULL SIDE OF CHICKEN AND SHRIMP. The food is way too sweet including the spicy options. The rice is dry and the peas are hard (uncooked). The kung pao chicken tasted undercooked so avoided.. I felt sick after eating it. Either I don’t get the hype around panda express or this franchise is awful. The only redeeming aspect was the service was quick and the location is convenient. Won’t be back though as food...
