Sandwiches are amazing and they have a location right down the street from me. I saw an ad online for Buy 1 Get 1 50% off if you order through the app, so I downloaded the app, took the time to fill in the details then get my sandwich orders together (all in all about 15-20 minutes) then I checkout and realize I didn't get the discount. I called and spoke with Becky at the Robb Dr location, she was professional but stated she had no control over fixing the total price of the order and asked if I wanted to cancel it and place it again and instructed me to look for the promo code and resubmit the order. So now they had to cancel the sandwiches they were making for me which means if I ordered again then they would most likely be irritated at having to make the same sandwiches again and I didn't want to risk my food being messed with as I have worked in the service industry when I was younger (I do not think they would do anything like that, but you never know). So maybe corporate can make promotions easier, maybe others are having this same issue with the promo and app? And because I have worked in the industry I believe in tipping good (25%+) to support industry workers. But I do not know if Ill be returning. All I wanted was a couple sandwiches with the promo deal they had. Shouldn't have to be a process or the manager should be able to apply the discount from in-store for convenience purposes... I do want to repeat that the manager Becky was professional over the phone, but was unable to do anything from her end. But in the end Im just a single customer, so this review probably doesn't matter much. Time to shop for sandwiche shops...
Read more1st off I want to say I love jimmy John’s I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years and always had great service until today when I came in and ordered a #16 combo meal and a order of hummus and pita chips the cashier Maddison she never asked what size drink so I repeated to her I would like a medium drink and she responded extremely rude by saying well you never said you wanted a meal witch I said 2 time this far then when I grabbed my bbq chips and pita chips she got an attitude and said that I didn’t order the bbq chips so I repeated my order again I would like a combo meal #16 with a side of hummus and pita chips and instead of her saying oh I’m sorry I misunderstood what you ordered she huffed and puffed and threw a fit and was extremely rude and childish then stormed off while the manager raven stepped in and continued to argue with me about what I ordered I had no problem paying for what I wanted they were extremely unprofessional and rude I hope that the owner or district manager reviews the cameras to see how inappropriate their employees are bring to customers also when I asked for Maddison’s name for my complaint they refused to give it to me but I knew it would be on my receipt after this experience today I highly doubt I’ll be returning to this jimmy John’s I really hope they make some changes on customer service I really loved this location up till about 7 months to about a year ago things just went down hill the foods great but after the experience I had today it’s hard to justify being treated that...
Read moreGot there at 8:30 they close at 9:00 the attitude of the employees was to go home! Ordered 2 large hot sandwiches and 2 iced teas. After paying was told they already shut the oven off so we kindly said not toasted was fine. Went to get our iced teas but no tea when we asked where the tea was they said they already put it away for closing. Asked for our large sandwiches to be cut in 1/3rds but when we got them they were cut in 1/2. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch. They forgot the bacon 🥓 when I asked about if the bacon was ground in with the chicken because i didn’t have any on my sandwich they looked at me with a disgusted frustrated look because they were trying to close. We talked them into a couple pieces of bacon to put on my sandwich. When we finished eating a part of 1/2 the sandwiches it was about 8:50 we said thank you to both employees working and not either of them said anything to us. That’s what prompted me to write this review. You could tell they wanted to leave. Here’s my point if you’re open until 9pm offer everything you sell until 9pm then close afterwards. Don’t shut everything off and close out half your product an hour before you close. We will not be back to this Jimmy John’s.
