Raising Cane's sells chicken, but oh what chicken it is! As you can tell by the long lines, it's quite popular because that chicken, and the fixings that go with it, are incredibly good. The store on North Virginia St., which is a hang out spot for University of Nevada, Reno students, is always busy. But I've got to hand it to the place, they've got this down pat and the lines go extremely fast. Their popular plates of fried chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, cole slaw, Texas toast and special sauce accompanied by fresh lemonade or their sweet iced tea, flies out of there like hot cakes. I've never had a bad meal and would highly recommend them if you're craving chicken. Note that the Raising Cane's on North Virginia Street, across from the University, does NOT have a drive through; it's walk-in only.

Always the best when it comes to juicy chicken fingers. The breading is crisp, the meat is moisture, the sauce is 🥳, the bread is tasty, and the fries are perfect. Come here if you have picky eaters or just like really scrumptious chicken fingers. These are better than any chain you could go to, and whenever we visit Nevada, we always have to go to Raising Canes. This location is right next to the college. It doesn't have a drive through so you'll have to place a mobile order (for covid) and have then give it to you, you you can place your order and pick it up inside with a mask on. When you pick it up, it is much faster.the ordering process is very simple and easy as long as you have a smart phone with internet service.

This was my daughter's in my first time coming to canes. It was busy inside but it did not take long for our food to be ready. They do not have spicy sauces, only hot sauce. The cane sauce is not spicy but it is delicious with the chicken, fries and bread. I love their ice cubes because they are small and round, perfect for chewing on. They had the walls opened up for maximum coolness on a hot day along with the fans running. One of the employees from behind the counter came around and asked everybody who was sitting there eating if the food was good and if they needed anything. And the experience was wonderful!

For a fast food restaurant that specialize in chicken strips this place came really close to five stars. The food came out piping hot and fresh. Their slaw was on point, better than the one I had in Las Vegas. I ordered six strips with two Texas Toast and made a sandwhich. Dunked that baby in the Cane sauce and I was on cloud nine. Their thin cut, crinkle fries were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Just a little overly salted tho. Definitely a must try if you haven't had Raising Canes. I wish they opened one up in the Sacramento area. I would be a regular!

A friend recommended this place and I didn't get why the hoopla. Well their very simple menu hits the spot! Chicken tenders, Fries and dipping sauce and the tenders are excellent quality and flavor. Super crispy and fresh. Been here at least 10x and it's always good. Took off 1 star because the recipe for their texas style toast seemed to have changed from a few years ago, a little less fluffy and buttery, only toasted on one side now but I reckon that's a corporate mandate and can't be helped. It's still tasty & consistent food otherwise.

We don't have a Cane's in California so my son always wants to go when we are in Reno. The only thing about this particular location is that it is extremely hard to find a place to park. I did have to dock them 1 star because the employees do not speak up when people came in with no face mask To order food to go. So they were not eating but yet they both walked in with no face mask and ordered in the employee's face and then of course canister next to me and my son.
