Starbucks — Restaurant in Reno

Very sad that the cashiers at this location do not seem to care about what you want, they are trying to hurry you out. Nobody was around me in line and I ordered a cold drink which was delivered to me hot. The interaction I had with the cashier was friendly but very rushed. I am a barista myself, and it’s a shame that the cashiers here do not read back your order or ask for clarification if they aren’t sure about your order. This interaction is one of the many interactions I have had here that are always similar in nature. Google had the place listed in the wrong location, no one answered the phones, spent 30 minutes driving around and asking others for the location, had to park off campus since I'm not a student, almost got a ticket because off campus parking is mostly student permit parking only. Finally, had to walk a few blocks to get my coffee. Not recommended for the general public, really meant for the students around the campus.
