Very disappointed with the food. Their Chamorro dish did not taste like anything I’ve ever had. Red rice was terrible they put like curry or something that DOES NOT belong on red rice idk but tasted weird and was really hard. The food was definitely not authentic. Brisket was all fats and the meat was so tough. I got ribs and they gave me the worst part which is the end of the ribs so was basically not the rib itself. The rice was terrible so of course it made the empanadas terrible as well because whatever they put on the rice they put in their empanadas. Also the chicken kelaguen tasted off as well. Read moreDrove an hour and a half to come try their food out and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We got the Fiesta plate and Cone Rolls and it was delicious! 😋 The lady in the truck was super nice!! She even gave us a free empanda (which was also delicious)!! We ordered, got in the car tasted everything, and had to get back down to order more! Even my picky child ate and loved the chicken kelaguin cone roll!! If you're looking for great food and even better customer service this is the place to go!!
