Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Reston

So I'm starving and decided to bypass the Five Guys to get a sub from this location. BIG MISTAKE! I walked in, and the two guys working were sitting in the back, a customer was eating, and another was on his way out. I was happy to see the young man washing his hands before preparing my sandwich, but I couldn't understand why the counter, slicer, and tables in the lobby were so dirty. I mean, you have no line, two staff, and the place looks horrible. The young man completes my order and was cordial, but I felt like I was bothering them by patronizing this establishment. This establishment coming in was vibrant, exciting, and welcoming. Im usually a regular customer to Jersey Mikes in Fredericksburg. So trying a new establishment I was overwhelmed and worried about my order. My worrying and overthinking was thrown right out the window when the lovely cashier took my order and assured that my meal was going to be better than my regular spot in Fredericksburg LOL. I had a great first experience and the second time I came in it was really bad. Dirty tables and there is like 3 people and couldn't clean it? I also had 2 people skip me and the guy gave my sandwich away to someone else and had to wait 20 for a sandwich. I would not recommend this place.. maybe is worth driving to the competitors......
