This is the worst Kung Fu Tea I've ever been to. First, the man taking orders was extremely rude and had a major attitude for no reason. I asked him if I needed to get a certain flavor in order to get the new Pikmin cup (the whole reason I even went there) and his attitude immediately dropped to almost angry and he gestured to the cups and said "well, it's all we HAVE, so yeah you'll get the cup". I don't WORK there, so WHY would I know that? What was the purpose of talking to me like that? Next, I've never waited that long for boba tea before. The place quickly became packed because they were taking so long. When the orders would finally be made, they were then setting them out without the order stickers on them, so no one knew what the drinks were and whose orders were whose. Every order that was handed out was being handed back by the customers because there was something wrong. My friend told them she didn't have the boba she ordered in her drink, so they took it back to add it, and we watched as the girl peeled back the lid with her BARE HANDS and dropped a few boba balls into it, yet this somehow also took that girl 5 minutes. This used to be my favorite KFT location. I’m a Black Belt in their app, having visited various locations HUNDREDS of times. I noticed maybe 6 months ago the consistency + quality of drinks started to decline. The one on Rt. 7 remained delicious and consistent, but we kept going to Hunters Woods occasionally because it’s closer to home. But 6 times in a row it’s been subpar or outright bad, with tonight being the final straw (undrinkable) so we won’t be returning to this location. I’ll try them again if KFT corporate sends someone to give this crew the proper training or something. This time, the clerk at the register kept looking away and resuming a conversation with a coworker in the middle of me trying to even make an order, it was "cab i take your order?" And when i tried to speak he'd turn away and resume that conversation again. This happened twice before he actually paused to take my order. I ordered a large hersheys smore shush, it was large on the receipt, and they gave me a small and when i mentioned i ordered a large, they took the cap off, dumped it into a large, and doctored it up, it wasn't by the time i actually drank it before i noticed it was just the wad of the marshmallow from the small one clodded to the side of the cup, and the rest was basically water.
