Complaint Regarding Service Experience
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my most recent visit to your restaurant. On previous occasions, I had been understanding of the delays in getting food to the table. However, this time, the experience was completely unacceptable.
I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for my food, and when I finally approached the manager to ask what was going on, the server informed me — quite casually — that he had simply forgotten to place my order. This was only acknowledged after I had already waited well over an hour.
To make matters worse, no effort was made to apologize or make up for the situation. The server merely asked me to repeat my order, at which point I informed him that I could no longer wait.
I left the restaurant feeling extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and respect for customers’ time. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the service and overall customer experience moving...
Read moreThe food is really good. Some of the servers seem a little inexperienced but they are kind. The place just got a face lift and it looks cuter than ever. They also didn't increase the prices when they renovated and I appreciated that.
Update: food continues to be consistently good. Service continues to be consistently slow. I come in here maybe once a week and I am always frustrated up until the point that I eat. A lot of people during a lunch rush have limited time. Today like many afternoons, we waited 10 minutes to receive even a menu, another several to take our order even though I said "we are ready to order" when she finally came to drop the menu and we are now running on 15 minutes and I have not received my diet coke. This gets old. Please work on your service delivery. The food is good but you're losing customers. Read moreWhen I paid my bill for ~$19 with my credit card the proprietor said my card was declined and did I have cash or some other form of payment. I only had the one card I brought with me to the beach and some singles. I called the credit card company to see why my card was rejected and found out it wasn’t. The woman tried the card again but her device rejected it due to a “duplicate” charge. I gave her what cash I had. Then I checked the credit card app and the charge had actually gone through. That is why she got the “duplicate” charge error. When I showed her, she did not acknowledge her mistake or return my cash. In fact she and her coworker were rude and dismissive. She also got my friends order wrong, and I had larch chunks of uncrushed ice in my smoothie and had to send it back to get it properly blended. Will never eat at this...
