Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Rhinelander

If we could give it a lower rating we would. We ordered a banana split and a triple brownie ala mode. The banana split came with 2 scoops of ice cream that didn't even go over the top of the banana with the whip cream on top of it. No cherry. THERE WAS MORE 2X MORE BANANA THAN ICE CREAM!! The picture shows 3 scoops, 1 for each flavor. Same for the triple choc brownie. They have me very little ice cream. It was about the same size as the brownie. No whip cream. Both items looked like about 1/4 size of the picture showing what you were ordering. Full price $$$ for less than 1/2 the product we get at any other Dairy Queen. The gentleman behind us ordered 3 banana splits to go and was very upset when he opened up his bag outside. Same thing.... baby size for full price. Will NEVER go back to this...

awful customer service. Went in the drive thru to get 3 blizzards. the girl told us to hold, then when she was ready, she said "ok what do you want?" oh okay. we then ordered two blizzards and asked for a certain sprinkle on one, she said they no longer carry it. we said ok, its fine without the sprinkles. and ordered the 3rd one. she said the total which seemed low (cause we all know they are not cheap) we got up to the window, and once i saw the receipt she only put two on the order. i told her we ordered a 3rd one. she said "well i didn't hear you. what do you need now?". which she obviously did hear because the one that was missing was the one we asked for with sprinkles that we could not get. she was rude...

I was standing at counter for about 10.minutes with everyone chatting away about personal stuff. Everyone looked at me, one girl even said to a co worker, do we know what she's doing here. Then they started to walk away so I announced what I need. I got attitude and eye rolls and then one girl (as she was walking away) said I don't know why she's talking if we didn't ask her what we needed and weren't ready, saying it loud enough for me to hear. I said excuse me what was that, and she said we weren't ready for you. I said that's too bad I've been standing here while you guys are talking about *TV!! Absolutely...
