Baker's Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Rialto

We were on our way from Big Bear Lake to work on a house in Rialto and made a pit stop at Baker's drive thru and placed an order for 4 people, we all got large combo meals, I got the Carne Asada burrito with fries and a large coke. The person that took our drive thru order was very pleasant and made sure that everything was correct with the order before proceeding to the window to pay, it took about maybe 30 to 45 seconds to get there and were greeted with a friendly face and a big smile, she read the order to us to make sure it was correct, and it was, then paid by card and within a minute the drive thru window opened and was handed the receipt and card followed by our order and couldn't believe how fast that was from start to finish!! We got to the house a few minutes later and couldn't wait to chow down, the aroma of all the combos together was making my mouth water like Niagara Falls!! I scoffed my fries down first and saved the best for last, the Carne Asada burrito, OMG! Every bite I took had a chunk of steak in it, so tender, so juicy, so effin good!! I'm so pleased we went there for our lunch. My burrito filled me up when I was half way to 3/4 of the way through it and didn't want to waste it so I ate the whole thing and enjoyed every single bite. These guys...

They charged me twice for a meal. They were switching registers while they were doing my transaction.The girl said it got declined but it didn’t and admitted they said error The girl knew she messed up because she went to the back to get her manager. The manager said it got declined and asked me to pay agian .I checked my bank to see what happend and it did get charged. I told her I didn’t want to come back to get this fixed and she said that even though it’s pending on my end it’s not going to go through because it said error on her end. I asked her why would she be chasing registers on a transaction and the manager said she didn’t know and I told her that shouldn’t be done without communication. Her resolution was if it did go through to call the toll free number on the bottom of the receipt. I don’t have the receipt for that first transaction just the second. Not...

I absolutely love Bakers food. I appreciate the veggie mix they offer as a meat alternative. The boca burger is tasty and the fries are always fresh. My disappointment comes from visiting the restroom at this particular location. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few months.

There were spider webs behind the toilet, a major ring around the inside of the toilet bowl, graffiti on the toilet seat, stains on the sink. I couldn’t believe it, the lobby was clean and the kitchen appeared to be tidy as well. The deficiencies I mentioned are not from a lunch rush this happened over time.

I called to make the manager on duty aware of the situation and she said she’d take care of it. I haven’t been back to confirm this but I certainly hope something has been done about this. Having a clean place to relieve yourself and or wash your hands is so...
