I called this place four times three times the answer but nobody said anything then they hung up the second time I called they declined it and it went to voicemail that is very unprofessional it actually reflects management. I'm under the impression that they're nothing but a bunch of high school kids don't mean to be rude or mean but I have to call it the way that I read it. I gave it a poor reading because of the experience that I got the atmosphere actually stinks in their service stinks because of what I experienced you not answering your phone shows poor service you not answering your phone doesn't support atmosphere. I can't even grade your food because you won't answer your phone. The time is 7:01 pm after you replied I have already given my review I am not clicking a link. I called two other stores and they answered gave me my answer but I tried calling you guys somebody answered but they didn't talk I kept saying hello hello and then they hung up. Good food as expected from a carl's jr franchise but this place has been really stingy lately i've gone a couple of times and i have notice many stuff i didnt like for example there is not bar with salsas like others (not a big deal because man locations have removed it as well) but i have ask for ranch and i barely get ONE container for 2 people this happened everytime. And last time i went i noticed somethinng weird i am not a soda drinker (too much sugar) when i tried to get some water from the machine it wasnt working my friend tried to get soda and it still didnt so we went to sit back down someone ordered a new order and the machine was suddenly working , so we went to get some a couple of minutes later and the machine was off again and this happened 2 or 3 times this led me to believe either someone was messing with us or they are just being really cheap in ordee for you not to...

My friend and I went in there for the two hamburger special. get a famous star and a western bacon cheeseburger for $10.99. The only thing that really sucks about hamburgers nowadays is they lack in equality. They sure went up a lot in price but nothing changed on the inside of the bun. You still get very little lettuce and one slice of tomato. Cheese lettuce and tomato doesn't cost that much money why don't they put a little more on there. I'm afraid to ask for extra tomato because they're going to say we're going to have to charge you 50 cents extra. At the store I can get half a pound of tomatoes for 50 cents. It's not just Carl's Junior about the tomatoes it's every one of them. It's such a disgrace I hardly go out anymore. A hamburger at Carl's Jr is around $9. My $9 at the store...
