Let me start off by saying that this review is not about the employees or management as they deserve a higher score than this but about the franchise management. On August 4, I was double charged for an order of $25. I understand that the machines were acting up so I wasn't upset. I went the next day when I realized I was double charged and spoke to management who was more than understand and apologetic, again I was not upset or annoyed at management. They gave my corporate number and while it did take a while a while to talk to someone, they said someone was going to contact me within 72 hours. It is now Tuesday, August 11 and I have not received any contact from anyone. So I called corporate again and the lady who answered told me that the franchise owner knows that the machine double charges cards and there have been other incidents! On the notes, he just wrote to say that I should dispute the claim with my bank but never called me! There is history and issues with this franchise owner! Will never order food from here again, but I feel bad for the employees as this is not their fault. 0 out of 5...

Always have my food just right. I go here 6 days out of seven is perfect. The workers are always respectful and cordial. Fast food good service. Clean. But today they messed up my order because that girl wearing all grey was talking over me. Complaining about not having large cops. IS EITHER SMALL OR MEDIUM. Including my fries I asked.? Of course they messed up I never ever ever eat mayonnaise I freaking die if I do and I told her but she was to busy speaking over me. I had just gotten off work and I was super hungry but now my appetite went away. Tired hungry and I choose you and what did I get? An attitude to go with my wrong order. Usually really good service, but it’s been twice now that they randomly decide to close well before their posted business hours. I drove past another location because this one was right next to my house, only to pull in right as they turned off the outdoor lights at 10:48 pm, with several cars in the drive through. They told me that they were closed, even though their hours say open until 12 am. Very inconvenient, & I ended up going to Taco Bell instead.
