Chinatown Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Rialto

I been coming to this place already several times, and I always order the same plate that it cost $7.79 wich the tax breakdown will be $8.39 no more then that but when is time to pay at front they charge me $8.91 sixty cents more; even if I pay with cash they still charging to much could be the taxes i don't discuss that, but still to much,today I figure out, when every time I pay with my credit card they round it up for next transaction day up to $10.67 so $2.30 dollars more for them, without any authorization from my part, and they been overcharging fraudulentlty every time I pay with my credit card, probably 6 times already, They serve big portions they overload the plates i kind of understand the extra charge for a plate that cost $7.79 and round it up to $8.91 and with card $10.67 but, since the first time I been there smell it fishy to me, the Hispanic girl in another occasion, charged me $9.91 from the plate wich always cost me $7.79 the hispanic girl and the Asian cashiers are doing suspicious activities with a lots of people debits, credit; temporary, pay rolls cards etc, i just awarening people, don't let them fool you, be carefull because they know what are they doing, they are stealing us little by little, The jard tips is open wide where they get their extra money. So why the extra charge? check your transaction activities account, this should be not happen to anyone, I already filed a police report, to open an investigation WHY ARE THEY DOING FRAUDS and overcharging people cards. I will confront them and the owner with my printed paper credit card issuer, hope you guys open up your eyes and do the same thing. You all take care. Those cashiers and owners are very ignorant like in many places i closed downThey are never know what kind of people are dealing with, could be a fraud investigator, could a police officer, could a teacher, a mathematical you name it, for this kind of inconvenience they lots their jobs and...

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Their food doesn’t taste like any Chinese restaurant I ever ate at before. Then on top of that when I tried to pay with a credit card I don’t see the reader. I ask do you take credit cards after a long wait ( her helping door dash, answering the phone) she comes back to the register I then ask again do you take credit card? She picks up the card reader and holds it by her hip, there is a big counter between both of us. I offer her my card. She looks at me crazy and then asks me are you ready. I had no idea how she wanted me to pay so I got cash and give it to her. She didn’t even hand me my food container just left it on the counter with no bag or fork. And went to answer the phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will not be going back...

Today we bought a plate with 2 items and a plate with noodles and shrimp, me and my son shared the one with shrimp and both noticed the shrimp was spoiled I tried one shrimp and it smelled bad I went back to tell them and the lady told me she was going to replace it with a small bowl I told her no I want something with same price as the one with shrimp and she said you guys already ate some of the noodles !! ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!!! is not our fault that the shrimp is spoiled , she ended gaving me the bowl I want but with much less food that they regularly serve, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FOOD WITH SHRIMP ONLY ONE BAD SHRIMP CAN SEND YOU TO THE HOSPITAL And mine is not the first review about the food in this place having a bad smell BE...
