I ordered a cake on Thursday July 21st to pick up today Tuesday July 26th everything was going smooth up until today something was a little off with the lady that works there I don't know what her problem is but when I came in this morning she was very grumpy all I did was ask her was my cake ready she told me what cake what is your name very aggressively I told her my name she went to go look and she said I did not place a order on that date I have a receipt stating that I already purchased the cake to be made so to not further escalation of this problem I asked for a refund so I may go she told me there is no refund and I said why is that when I purchased the cake and never received it so now I have to rush to the store to go purchase a cake and write happy birthday to my son that is 5 years old cake that I purchased but did not receive a cake. And also I will be seeking legal help to receive my refund I would urge anyone do not place a order at this...

I gave 4 stars because the cake was super delicious, cashier was very friendly BUT my 1/2 sheet had a visible line from the two pictured sheets that were together. Baker said that they had to do it like that because the sheet/picture was too big for one printable sheet. Problem was that my son's name wasn't together - it read different. I usually order from a private baker but she wasnt available and this bakery had good reviews. I still paid $150 for that cake because I value people's work but learned my lesson .She fixed it on the spot but I wish they would tell customers first about this issue to avoid any surprises when picking up the cake. Pretty good cake place. Walked in last minute to get my husband a cake and glad we picked this place. Took my mom and she wasn't really sure about the place at first because she hadn't been here before and she's picky but after she tasted the cake she was completely sold. The cake tasted so good, it was moist, had lots of flavor. Customer service was great, super friendly, clean place. My dad even had a slice and he hates cakes, but he ate it all.
