Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Rialto

Came here with my mother when she tried to order in Spanish on the drive thru she stop responding back. Then I tried to order in English and she said “is that a question?” I said “no that is what I want to order.” Then she ignored me as well and wouldn’t respond back. About 5 minutes later and no cars In front she was still ignoring us. My mother pulled forward and then the lady tried acting like the victim. They never said sorry, just ask what sides we wanted by someone different. She did take the payment but I had to get off the car to give her the debit card because she wouldn’t stretch her arm, even though my mother was trying her best. Then slammed the window on me. My mother asked for the manager who was extremely rude as well. We were not asking for free food we paid for it. No apology from her either. She said sometimes you can’t here anything. So how come they knew exactly what we wanted and a random person asked for what sides I wanted, you can’t do that if you can’t hear. Then tap her on the shoulder to “comfort” her. For what? Comfort for being racists towards my mother? It’s one thing to say I can’t hear you, can you pull forward and I’ll take your order. Or they can’t hear because of a car passing and would gladly repeat myself. But no! Just plain racism toward Spanish speaking people. Don’t allow your parents to shop at this...

Smh cashier was RUDE and had an attitude . I stood 5 minutes waiting to have my order taken off finally someone took my order and I ask for fresh chicken and that got a whole different attitude I finally received my order and it was refried hard chicken burnt I watched them drop fresh chicken in but I didn’t get fresh chicken I was told I needed a mask before I came in but as I waited to other customers came in without mask they weren’t told to go get a mask they were told to wait until the Store was empty and they could come back in I wasn’t offered that option they pretty much weren’t going to serve me if I didn’t have a mask the store was nasty and dirty nobody had gloves to cook touch the cashier his face a couple of times from sweat and then went to fries and decided to bag them up it was very gross and so now I sit here with my box of chicken and it’s just horrible that I spent my money and waited almost 15 to 20 minutes and was still served what I did nott request DISAPPOINTED AND THIS IS WHY I GO TO POPEYES AT...

Church's chicken is fire 🔥 specially fresh of the oil. Yes alot of people think its greasy as hell but what fried chicken isn't??? Yeah, exactly my point! Chicken is always on point and very delicious! Since church's is always packed i know for sure they don't let their chicken sit out for a long time like KfC OR POPEYEs. I usually order with coupons here and its always a good buy specially for a big family, me and wifey get the (2 can dine for $7.49) which includes 5 piece original 2 sides and 2 biscuits which is enough for both of us, then I send my son out with another coupon (20 piece leg and thighs for $19.99) and would be enough for my 5 kids. So $28.00 bucks will feed an army of 7 lol overall if your in a hurry is best to get of the car and walk inside and order, drive thru can be hectic for sure a 20 min wait thats why I rated a 4 star.
