Let me tell you how disappointed I am with Corkeys and the service and I feel they are double dipping in raising costs 2 years ago I spent the same amount $72.99 for a whole feast which has gone up to $123.99. I understand inflation all that stuff. So, my mom with back problems didn't want to make the turkey this year and loved the turkey from 2 years prior. She purchased the turkey with gravy that which came to 72.99 I purchased the snickers pie 17.99 which is fine... then when my order was finalized it added an automatic 15 or 18% gratuity which came out to $116.77. For turkey and pie!!! I went to get the turkey and pie and this is all I get. For 72.99 plus tax. That's outrageous yes it's feeds 6 people with no leftovers that's for sure and I had to fight for 15 mins just to get gravy that online or said it came with gravy even with a la carte. $35 for the gravy... the GM, the manager, and employees all looked at me and shrugged... and said they are all preportioned. Even their cheesecake slices are wimpy Again i understand inflation.. but this is more than inflation This is taking advantage of customers... I would have been satisfied if they would have filled the container from end to end.. but it looks like they took a portion out. Raising prices and giving you less is gouging and double dipping... If i would have known, i would have just bought chickens from Costco and not gone with the turkey... I want my money back! I'm actually going to make sandwiches and give them out to anyone who is hungry in my area... I won't have enough but I'll make do.. I used to love Corkeys but strike 3 you're out. I wouldn't recommend it anymore. I'm thankful but I don't like feeling taken advantage of, which is what happened here. How do I get in touch with corporate?

Stopped in on a whim while visiting family Best place I’ve eaten at in a while California style eggs Benedict with avocado and bacon. Avocado with fresh and tender. Bacon was crispy , eggs perfection, on toasted English muffins Verde omelette is just the right amount of spicy. Flavor and spice . Hashbrowns crispy on top tender in the middle . Omg the sourdough toast was the best I’ve ever had . So much flavor all on one plate . Biscuits and gravy . Gravy was really good. Homemade type . The biscuits I received were huge . There was more biscuit than gravy (I prefer the opposite) Was too full to try the pies and cookies look amazing. All of the staff was friendly and helpful and the cashier was a good salesperson trying to get us to buy a pie or cookies . I would’ve but we had plans that didn’t include being by a refrigerator and it was 102 out . We will be back Went back 7/22/23 Busy busy busy . Almost all tables full. Seated immediately Drinks just as fast and ordered . Food arrived quickly. Big Breakfast burrito. Piping HOT . Couldn’t finish so big . Country Skillet, daughter had . It was delicious. Pancake combo was well worth it. Biggest Most tender HAM steak I’ve ever dad . Sooo much food for little $$$ Wish I didn’t have to leave state . I’d eat here a lot

I have visited Corky’s before, including other branches, and usually found the food—especially the pancakes—very good. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. We ordered coffee, the Santa Fe Skillet, vegetable soup, and the House Combo. The skillet had noticeably less salt, which made it bland. The pancakes were not good at all, unlike the quality I’ve enjoyed in other Corky’s locations. The vegetable soup tasted good, but it came with carrot pieces that still had the skins on, which felt careless. On the positive side, the environment was pleasant and the service was good. Other food items were okay, but overall, the meal didn’t meet the standard I expected based on my past visits to Corky’s. I hope this location improves the consistency of its dishes, especially the pancakes, which have always been a highlight elsewhere.

I am currently here at the moment it is 6/17/2020 and it is 12:34pm in the afternoon we arrived at about 11:30am was seated outside there was one other table outside with a waitress who was helping them, when we got seated the waitress took a look at us and we began to skim through the menu to figure out what we wanted to drink and eat and 30 minutes had thus went by and no service, the table that was here before us was all finished they had left she then came out to check on that table and went back inside, ive been a server for 5 years now, I know what it takes in the food industry and customer service business so I know as a server you see what tables are in your area, so as we waited and waited another table 3 people got seated next to us and she then decides to come out but instead of helping us she proceeded to help them, so my girlfriend gets up and goes to ask if we can get service for us but as she was gone the lady then proceeds to help us only with drinks, now I’m not one to complain but we waited long enough and should’ve been helped so when my girl got back the lady brings our drinks and the other tables drinks and so they tried to order and she proceeds to tell them she was not their server but that she was helping so when she came to us my girlfriend stated that we were also ready to order and the waitress flat out stated to her to not come at her that she was not gonna be our server. Now one thing is my girlfriend is a kind person and isn’t mean or rude so I know for a fact she did not go at her, and you do not tell your customer who hasn’t given you form of disrespect that short of response that’s just poor customer service, I’m not finished yet it is 12:44pm now so the waitress comes out to take both tables orders all of a sudden but proceeds to say idk who was here first and the kind people next to us stated we were here first. Now I know damn well she knew we were here first if this establishment has a seating chart for their servers sections and which tables were full she knows professionally speaking as a server you know which tables you have from when they are seated. So I do please ask of your food establishment that you guys work on your customer service with this women and if anyone were to eat here I do warn and suggest that if you get Robin the waitress that you politely ask for...

This restaurants customer service has went down drastically since it first opened. I have been coming to this place with my friends and family since it opened. I stopped around February 2017 and came again November of 2017 and was very embarrassed for their service. I brought friends from out of state (texas) and had been raving about bringing them here . at FIRST i was going to take them across the street to The Maple House chicken & waffles, but since i felt i had history and legit great memories and experiences with Corkys (on top of the amazing food) i decided to take them there. Boy was i wrong ! All of the waitresses were rude and had no patience . they would ask if you were ready to order, but answer immediately with "ill be back when you are ready" , instead of even giving us a chance to respond that we were ready but needed assistance. They never once attempted to make suggestions from the menu , just spoke in spanish when they were at the soda machines behind our table, which was also rude since i understand spanish and they were indeed saying rude things ! They also charged us for every side condiment imaginable! From ranch , to pico de gallo . which AGAIN ive been going here to this location SINCE THEY HAVE OPENED and never once been charged for pico de gallo or ranch 👎. After the first waitress took our order after 30 minutes of sitting we never saw her again . we had to flag down other waitresses who were busy with their own tables just to get us napkins or silverware or a refill or annnyything !! Finally after eating , we just decided to flag down a young teenage bus boy who was beyond amazing. He stopped everything to get us our check and to go boxes, and we tipped him on the spot. Great customer service is always more important than some recipe. I will never come to this...
