I cannot explain how disappointed I was with my experience last week. It was not that busy so, I decided to go inside to order and stretch my legs. I ordered (basic meal of a Frisco burger, fries, and a drink). 2 more orders get placed behind me (which seemed slightly more complicated with multiple meals, etc.) which seemed to stress these people out beyond belief and, I would still not consider it all that busy but, I will acknowledge that I have no idea how many drive through orders have come in at this point. Anyways, I watched the orders that came in behind me get filled, tray by tray, while I stand there waiting for my lone burger and fries. Getting slightly irritated but, not losing my cool. I hear the one lady shout out, asking about my burger to no response. They go about their business again, leaving me hanging. I have a short, weird conversation about ice fishing with a nice gentleman doing the cleaning (I believe he was special needs and doing a great job and, this conversation passed a few more minutes so, that was nice). I ask (for the first time) about my meal, well after the others were filled and, I did not get a great response, as if I just spit on this lady or something. She shouts out again about my meal and they acknowledge that it was forgotten somehow and finally bust it out in about 3 minutes. They gave it to me, were rude yet again, and I was on my way. Fries were garbage; very, very cold and the burger was okay but, a ton of mayo (perhaps my punishment for daring ask about my food?)
All that I would have needed was "hey, I'm sorry it's taking so long" and/or "I'm sorry it took so long" and I would have been fine and probably wouldn't have wrote this. Instead, I just wasted 10 minutes of my life hoping to help you avoid a...
Read moreUsually pretty good. I order on the app. The last few times I've gone in to pick up my order they always seem to forget the ranch that goes with the poppers. This last time they forgot my soda. I alerted them that I ordered the combo and they then saw it on the receipt. At first they said there was no soda on said receipt. I don't know many people that get a burger and fries without the drink.
Relieved that I thought my order was right after looking in the bag and seeing a dip in there as well (which they remembered for a change) I walked out and drove to work to eat it only to find out that the ranch I thought was in there turned out to be honey mustard... for my jalapeño poppers. Gross. I did try one popper with honey mustard. Not for me. I frickin love mustard too. Lol
UPDATE: 3 months after the above review was made, I came in to try it out again because I like their food. I got the Cali Classic Double Cheeseburger because it had diced grilled onions on it and it drew me back in to give them another shot. I picked it up and found out that they put raw sliced onions on it instead and not the diced grilled onions that got me to come in and try out their new burger in the first place. Oh well. I can't leave the 4 star review up after...
Read moreThe food is usually pretty good. Fries can be hit or miss, but that's the same at any fast food place. However the last few times we've gone through the drive-thru have made me not want to go back. There is a teenage boy that often works the speaker that always sounds annoyed and will cut you off before you're done ordering to ask, "Is that it?" and won't let you finish your sentence; he has zero customer service skills. I get having a bad day, as I worked customer service for 6 years, but this has been more than a few times in the last 6 months that he's been just downright unfriendly and blatantly rude for no reason. (Boyfriend and I get basically the same meals everytime, so it's not like our order is difficult or we order half the menu, and the drive-thru has never had more than 1 vehicle in front of us, so not a busy shift to blame either.) The guy should either work in the back where he doesn't interact with customers, get more training on how to talk to customers, or find a job that he isn't dealing with the public if he really...
