Culver’s — Restaurant in Rice Lake

My partner and I had travelled over 40 miles from Eau Claire on 7/27/23 to attend a dance in Rice Lake only to find out it had been cancelled once we got there. We were basically stranded due to a severe thunderstorm and decided to go eat and wait out the storm at Culver’s. The person who greeted us could not have been more helpful. She took our order and made sure we moved to a table away from the windows. She gave radar updates to the customers as the storm intensified and told us when we would most likely be safe to travel. She even said we could feel free to dance to the music playing if we wanted to make up for the event we missed. The level of concern shown to the customers that evening was outstanding! First time visitor to Culver's was amazing!! Good was fresh and delicious!!! I ordered their signature burger with cheese curds, and then their flavor of the day custard. They've won me over!!! While sitting there, I noticed that the staff was almost running to deliver food to the drive trough customers. You NEVER see that anywhere these days. Very impressed!! Inside staff was very attentive and friendly. Entire place was clean including the restrooms. They even had facial tissue in there at the sink. Something that I've only ever seen at 5 star ritzy restaurants. Well, Culvers is a 5 star ritzy fast food restaurant to me!! Keep it up guys, I hope all other Culvers are the same!!! Although I say the same thing for every Culver’s, I had a great experience here! I have only gone through the drive thru at this location, however I got my food fairly fast (although I understand it can take a little longer since they cook everything fresh and a lot of the times it is busy). But besides that the food was not only correct but delicious! Culver’s is one of the only “fast food” places where I feel safe when ordering burgers!
