Wish I could have had my entire order to fully rate. I ordered through toast for pick up, 3 meals with sides - sides were limited to fries, potato salad and baked beans, the others were out of stock. When I arrived I stated I ordered from Toast and that I was picking up, pronounced my full name, the cashier asked was my name Melinda, I repeated my name again ( mind you there’s no glass between us two and no environment loudness. I stood in confusion as she looked around for my order because I received a text that my order was ready 10 minutes prior to my arrival. She asked if I had paid already, I stated yes again and that I ordered from Toast. The cashier asks the kitchen line behind her if my order was ready and I see the line call out yes. It appeared that my order was being freshly packaged, even though I had been notified that it was ready. In a short wait, the cashier put it in a bag and stapled it, before handing it to me she asked me what I ordered. Again I was in confusion because how are we to confirm after you’ve put items in the bag, closed and stapled it. I recited my order like I was being quizzed for a food reward in hopes that I remembered correctly. I drive home to open the bag to an incomplete order. I was missing fries and potato salad. I immediately call, the same cashier picks up. I stated that I had a pick up order and just left and that my two of my orders were missing sides, also stated my name and the platform it was ordered from and asked did they have the sides before I drove back…she asked my name… AGAIN, I answered and she said to hold on….after a brief hold, I hung up……🙄😕. The ribs, grilled chicken, turkey tips and baked beans were good though! Check your bags before leaving I suppose and maybe ordering on site would better help their staff to...

I made a 3rd visit to All-Out Smoke Pit and was even more disappointed than the 2nd trip. The customer service is friendly and favorable. SADLY there was no one in line when I came in. Seven or eight people came in and placed orders and left before I received my order...the 25 + minutes wait time could have been tolerated if I did not get cold food. It must have been sitting while the customers who came in after me were served. The fries were cold the meat was barely luke warm and the tips were dry. I checked the food immediately..I really wanted to give this business a realistic 2nd chance to cater our Fall Fest but the 3rd visit was worst than the 2nd...No compensation is required or requested...we will continue searching for for GOOD bar b.que..This was not the place!!!!........The first time I visited they were awesome. The service the cook the food. Had to wait on a parking space..I went back 3 days later because I thought they were better then all of the places we visited over the last 5.years. Unfortunately my 2nd trip lost them a point or two. My ribs were dry my fries tasted reheated and were warm not hot. It was a Tuesday not a week end but that's no excuse. I will try again in a few weeks. Maybe it will put them back up to 5 stars. But if my 3rd trip is anything like the 2nd one we will have to shop around for someone to...
