The original Fuzzy's Tacos is on Bellaire St. which is very close to the TCU campus (go frogs!) When I heard my Fuzzy's was branching out, honestly, I was nervous! BUT other lovers of good food, I've visited in the Richardson/Plano Area and those locations taste just like my college years :) ~ That means delicious with very miniscule differences from the original Fuzzy's I knew.
Breakfast: my favorite meal so my suggestion would be two breakfast TACOS made anyway you like 'em. If you're really hungry and can handle it, then you're the breakfast BURRITO type.
Lunch: The big salads are awesome (shredded chicken melts in your mouth), but there are plenty to choose from.
Dinner: The enchilada plates are really good, don't be scared to try the shrimp, it's legit!
Best Sides with a Plate Order: Fried Potatoes and Mexican Rice Best Other Sides: Chips with guac or quesso. OR Go crazy and why not both! Guac is freshly made and the quesso is close to how true Mexican quesso is prepared, yummy!
Learn from my mistakes: the enchilada plates are made with Pico de Gayo and a Verde Sauce on top of the enchiladas. This is great if you love both those items, it's great if you like spicy, BUT you can order your enchiladas excluding none of the above, one or the other, or both. In any case you can order quesso/extra...

Chef Jose, who also co-owns the restaurant, has clearly set the bar high when it comes to quality and hospitality.
From the moment you walk in, the restaurant’s immaculate cleanliness sets the tone. It’s obvious that care and attention to detail are part of the culture here. But what truly impresses is the food—served hot, fresh, and with precision every single time.
I’ve now dined here on three separate occasions, and each visit has been equally impressive. Whether it’s breakfast tacos, enchiladas, or a quick bite during lunch, the dishes come out flavorful, fresh off the grill, and plated with pride. You can taste Jose’s dedication in every bite.
Fuzzy’s is more than just reliable—it’s quietly exceptional. It’s the kind of place you want to keep coming back to, knowing you’ll be met with warmth, consistency, and top-tier food. Chef Jose deserves every bit of praise for the magic he’s created in this corner...
