I ordered a chicken sandwich plain. They didn’t have the correct bun. I said they could use a different bun. They said they could after getting ‘permission’. The king quarter pound I also ordered sat there with the fries getting cold while they tried to figure out the bun! When they finally bagged the order, I asked if the chicken sandwich was plain. One worker said yes, while another said that it has Mayo on it. So I asked the girl at the counter if it was plain and she said yes. I checked it and found that it did have mayo on it. I took it to the counter and told them it wasn’t plain and would they please make another plain chicken sandwich. The shift manager then had a bag of buns they got from Walmart and told me directly that they weren’t supposed to use a different bun anyway! So they made A new chicken sandwich and left another king quarter pound and order of fries sitting in a bag while they cooked the chicken! By the time I got it again the fries were barely warm as well as the king quarter pound. The shift manager is very rude. She’s been there when I’ve gone in before and she doesn’t know how to smile or be nice. I live close by, but I don’t think we’ll try that...

Read moreI have a very stern voice and said , "I'd like a double whopper meal." I was given a number 1. The kid said you ordered a number one. Not sure how he got number one from Double Whopper? Fact I said, DOUBLE, not number 1. Then they didn't have any more whoppers because they filled the drive through order before making the order I ACTUALLY ordered. I'm not sure how these people have a job, but I guess in this little town, you have very slim pickings for good workers. Maybe they should listen better so they aren't wasting food for making the wrong order. The only positives were that the fries were fresh and the oreo milkshake...
