I ordered my breakfast through the app and chose drive thru option since I did the parking spot yesterday and took longer than it should to receive my order, when I pulled up they couldnt find the order. The older lady with chin length hair and glasses was so rude. She came up with every excuse as to how I could have done it wrong and placed it for the wrong location, instead of just taking care of the customer, then she proceeded to say she would do it this time but not any more and walked away. The Other lady then made the order and rudely gave to me and walked away. I sat there as I was willing to pay and explained if it didn't charge me I wanted to pay for it, I just wanted to make sure I didnt get charged twice. I explained to them that I did the mobile order yesterday and had no problems with it. She rolled her eyes and say just go. I reiterated I wanted to pay if it didn’t charge me on the app, I was not looking for a handout I just wanted the order I had placed on the mobile app for drive thru pick up. I typically use this location for my breakfast or lunch at least 3 times a week since it is on my way to work, Ill just go to bojangles next time...never in my life have I been so rude to...there service is far superior there anyways . Literally rudest lady ever, not a face or attitude I want to come in contact with first thing in the morning before work. Very disappointed. Read moreWe usually drive by the McDonalds on the way to Charlotte. Never again(at least during the morning). The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Our cashier could not hear us very well (because of our face masks) when we were ordering. We repeated several times that we wanted creamer in the coffee with Splendas on the side. We thought she understood, but when the coffee was ready, it did not have any creamer. We kindly asked for some, but the manager started yelling at us that it was too hot for her to put it in herself, and that we should’ve ordered it correctly if we wanted them to put the creamer in (which we did). My mom literally had to calm her down because she was leaning over the counter yelling at us. I have worked in fast food before, so I understand how difficult it can be to work in this industry. However, I would NEVER respond to customers the way she did this morning. Read moreThis is the second time I have gotten breakfast with this specific older black lady taking orders and her being rude as can be. Last time I ordered a smoothie and that’s it! But she said “oh my god!” Over the speaker! I don’t care if she was specifically talking to me or not either way it’s completely unacceptable when you work in customer service! She doesn’t let you finish your order before she’s done and yells “anything else🙄” and you can 100% tell she doesn’t like what she’s doing. She wasn’t at the window when I came to pay so I assumed that they wanted me to roll to the second window to pay because sometimes they do that at the one in Rockwell, anyway she yelled “ hello!! You’re supposed to pay here” out the window when she came back. How was I supposed to know that when you were not there when I came by?
