Subway — Restaurant in Richfield

Today at this location, I was approached by a male employee who was NOT in store uniform but instead was dressed in dirty sweatpants, a black dirty hoodie, dirty soiled socks, and a pair of too small sport sandals, for parking in the Curbside Pick Up parking spot. Keep in mind that there was not one soul or vehicle in neither the store or parking lot, and my Father was waiting in the car because he had just finished his first round of chemo and a blood transfusion and didn’t have the strength to get out of the car to get his order. So this male employee walked into the store behind me as I entered and approached the counter to place my order. This male employee then begins to harass me telling me that I can’t park there because I am not handicapped and that is a handicap parking spot. I then respond with the same energy and lack of respect because he continued to harass me and began calling me disrespectful names, then we began to exchange words. After our exchange of words and placing my order with another employee who was seemingly annoyed with his coworkers antics, the male employee then spat at me as I walked out of the store back to my car. I have submitted a complaint on the Subway website and I will also be contacting the store manager tomorrow to demand that this employee be fired! If not for his unnecessary verbal attack against a customer but for his disgusting physical assault for spitting at me while inside of the store while standing behind...

The 6545 Penn Ave S, Richfield, MN location is BY FAR the best Subway I’ve ever been too. I’ve been to hundreds of different subways all over the country/even in other countries like Scotland and France, and no Subway compares to this location. The customer service is ALWAYS amazing, and these guys are truly sandwich artists here… I mean every single time I order a sub from this location it taste of perfection. The bread and ingredients here are always extremely fresh, and the way the subs are built by the staff here you can totally tell they make their sandwiches with care and integrity. If you are in the Twin City area of MN, go out of your way to go to this location, I promise you won’t regret it! Thank you staff at 6545 Penn Ave S. You guys...

Oh my gosh!!!! RIP-OFF is the word that comes to mind. I had gray roast beef slices put on a foot long. These slices were just enough to cover the bread (one layer, thin slices) .... and you couldn't even see the meat before you decided, as they had it hidden behind a metal hood. We were the only ones in the store but were continually bushed on down the line of condiments. I like my sandwich made the way I like it, it wouldn't have been a big deal to do so...but they were in such a hurry to push me along and do it THEIR WAY.... And to top it off, 🤔 I think I could have goty A CHEAPER MEAL, WITH BETTER FOOD, IN A BETTER ATMOSPHERE, WITH BETTER SERVICE AT A RESTAURANT than this...
