Wendy's — Restaurant in Richfield

I am a HUGEEE Wendy’s fan. I love all their food, it’s always so delicious and I always want more !!! So I stop by the Richfield location tonight and place my order and pay for it at the drive thru. Not only did it take at least fifteen minutes to get the food, BUT THEY ALSO forgot to give straws for my order and my friend’s order, AND ALSO THEY FORGOT MY CREAMY SIRACHA SAUCE !!! No sauces in sight. No amazingly delicious creamy siracha for me tonight. I was stunned with sadness and disappointment immediately. There was no turning back at this point. If you’re a frequent Wendy’s customer like I am, then hopefully you’ve tasted the creamy siracha sauce they have. IT’S AMAZING! So you can definitely understand what I was missing as I ate my fries and my spicy chicken sandwich. And also, the missing straws. I normally do not use plastic disposable straws, BUT THIS TIME, I NEEDED ONE !!! And ole Wendy didnt come thru for me like she usually does. To conclude, I believe this location needs to step up their game. Walked in no one in there customer wise. Ordered my phone had a couple coupons. A lady a about 3 kids walked in before she even got to the counter she was already talking about her big order she had already ordered online. I had ordered 2 singles a tea and a bacon natural fry . 4 items. Before she walked in. So my fries and tea cup is there. My burgers are sitting just waiting to be put on my tray do I can walk away. She starts emptying out her bag to make sure her order is correct and barking orders at everyone in there. I'm standing there trying to be patient and wondering why someone doesn't just put my burgers on my tray I see them they are right there. After about 8 minutes someone finally realizes why I'm still standing there why the lady is still giving out her demands. I thought management should have made her wait . Or atleast moved her food to a table and go through it. 2nd skip the bacon actor fries they sound cool but taste horrible. And I ordered 2 singles when I sat down we had 2 doubles. I cannot believe how I got handled here this morning. I went to this location and wanted to get some breakfast and I noticed that there was a guy mopping the floors so I stepped back and wiped my feet at the door and jumped over the floors he was mopping and landing on the carpet. He immediately started to tell me to get out because the location was closed. Rude and loud by the way. I was so shocked that nobody came out to witness this. I stated that the door says the dinning area was open from 6:30am-10pm. He continued to kick me out of the restaurant and kept telling me that they were closed. So as he was moving me and I do mean moving me back towards the door, I asked for a Manager and he kept telling me to get out and then he finally push me out and he slammed the door in front of me as I'm continuing to ask for the manager. This the most embarrassing thing I have experienced. I have never been even asked to leave somewhere let alone getting pushed out of a restaurant.
