I will never order from this restaurant again, have not ordered from any other PizzaHut establishment for months, and probably will not for the foreseeable future. All friends, family, and coworkers have been and will continue to be dissuaded from interactions with this establishment. I had a truly horrible experience and the most I have received in response is their generic "your feedback is important! We'll talk to our team ;)" message EVERY attempt I have made over the last SEVERAL MONTHS. I placed an order for delivery set to arrive about noon of September 9 2023 using a combination of coupon, points redeem, and payment. Rather than sending one of their own, they sent the order through doordash. And of course, two hours go by and apparently the order has simply disappeared from their system, along with all information about the driver, as doordash apparently canceled the order on their end. By the time I get ahold of someone, I am told they'll remake it and I 'won't be charged'. When the order I never received was already paid for. By 4 pm the food arrives, over four hours late, coupon wasted, points wasted, time and money wasted, and loyalty burned to a crisp. Let alone the time before when placing an order for delivery their system changed it to pickup without our knowledge and we spent over an hour waiting with no response. No one has sought to make true amends over this blatant negligence. Domino's has better sides, and Papa John's has better ingredients for a better quality pizza. Read morePizzas were thrown together when took home, toppings were missing and on wrong pizzas. Pepperoni was on Hawaiian Luau. The custom Meat lovers on had barely 3 meats if you looked hard enough. There was definitely no extra sauce as requested. Carry-out was a disaster. Stood 5 mins at counter with nobody else in store only one person able to ring out pizza on phone. 3 other employees running round in back kitchen area. One came out to put receipt on counter out of the warmer bin like that was doing something in the flow-chain. Then finally employee acted like manager..off the phone came over acted like didnt know what was going on with receipt on counter like that procedure has never happened in the history of pizzahut.. Pickup was 5pm and there were 2 ready and 2 in progress on screen.*Update the response on here from from this contact/establishment is to make themselves look good on social media. Waited for him (Paul) to finish, he walked over to the counter as I was waiting next to the sign that says please wait to be seated, "what do you want" were the first words out of his mouth. Dined in, acted all huffy, "it's going to be a minute I'm the only one back here," dude it's 3:30pm on a Thursday. There's one other table. Not exactly a high stress workload.
The man literally snapped his fingers at me multiple times when I showed my ID for a beer, (apparently I committed the cardinal sin of not taking it out for him) and he remarked, "it's state law it has to be in my hand, you should know that." Never come across this before. Acted all busy and then watched him stand in the kitchen doing a whole lot of nothing while I was eating.
Listened to him chastise an applicant on the phone asking questions.
