I went there today with my sister and ordered two Subway sandwiches, and the girl that was Cashing out was very, very rude and really gave me attitude today as well as my sister because the payment wasn’t going through even though I had money on my Debit card I had plenty of money on my debit card to pay for it and after I told the girl it’s not going through her exact words to me and my sister were don’t you have any other money besides on the card and I said no she was very rude about it, too. Very extremely rude, I told the girl I was very very nice to her. She embarrassed me in front of two other customers and they were looking at my sister and I I told the girl very nicely. I have plenty enough money on my debit card. It should go through. I said I don’t carry cash. I’m sorry I haven’t in years and all she told me was well if you don’t have any other payment, then you can leave very Rude I will never be going there again. I've been eating here for almost a year now and I've lost over 70 lbs. The food is always well prepared, the staff polite, and the wait reasonable. That is why you get the second star. I'm really disappointed I'm leaving this terrible review, but their new practice of begging for tips at the drive-thru is just... too awkward. It's bad enough trying to decide between a 15% or 20% tip online for a delivery driver, but to be accosted at the end of my purchase and asked if I would like to give someone who is paid the same as anyone else making at least minimum wage (this is washington state, employers can't subsidize employee wages with tips here) extra money for no extra effort? I'd rather eat a handful of sand for lunch I'm sorry to say. If I hear this "Tip or Skip" program is being ended, I'll probably come back, but for now I just will NOT eat there. It's really a shame, they helped me lose so much weight but... just stop telling your employees to beg please, it's humiliating...

First when I order a sandwich I want what comes on it. I ordered a sandwich and the sandwich was mostly bread. They didn't put many toppings on it when I asked. I asked for some jalapenos or even some black olives and they barley sprinkled any on there. This isn't with just the veggies it's will everything you can put on the sandwich. If I am paying 15 dollars for a sandwich fill the sandwich up. I was more satisfied with my jimmy jhons sandwichs to be honest with you.
