My husband messed up the receipt or I would have done a second review/survey. I am absolutely impressed with this location. I worked at Taco Bell as a shift lead then assistant manager eons ago for a few years in college. I'm usually disappointed in customer service and quality. This location has been my preferred location for a few years now (only drive thru). However, tonight my husband, daughter, and I came in to eat. The staff were attentive and were checking on customers in the lobby (us included). We had issues ordering and it was incredibly frustrating. The burrito my pregnant self wanted was just discontinued. I didn't get the gentleman's name unfortunately but he was super kind and talked me down from the edge haha. There was also a gal that was honest and helpful with getting us the correct sauce. Just listening to them in the back was pleasant. They were working hard and communicating well. The establishment was really clean. All of these things together are unheard of. Even my husband said he hasn't seen customer service and quality like that since I worked at Taco Bell. Whatever you all are doing...it is absolutely working. Thank you for for displaying the best customer service I've seen in the TriCities since moving here 10 years ago. I literally got their 30 seconds to a minute after ordering on the app. They closed almost 2 hours early today and so now I have to wait days for my refund and they didn't offer a free meal coupon or something so I could go to a different Taco Bell instead I just can't eat tonight so thanks for that 🙄 usually don't leave bad reviews but that's just ridiculous how can a company take my money when they're supposed to close in 2 hours and then the workers while they were nice they didn't offer me like a free meal coupon or calling up the other Taco Bell to to make it for me or something. I could have asked but they should have offered it. Also the app needs to not take your payment until after you've picked up your food because this would have been prevented completely. Read moreI went through the drive through and instead of being able to look at and order from the working menu screen 5 feet in front of my car, I was told by a lovely, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic employee that the management of this franchise has decided to not allow orders from the outside menu. Instead of being able to look at the options available for purchase I had to log in to the menu from my phone and when that did not fully load, the employee had to give me a play by play of the menu themself. All of this while the functioning menu was five feet in front of me. The justification given was that management had decided that ordering at the menu was too slow and this was faster. It took over 5 minutes for this poor employee to read me the menu options after several minutes of my phone not loading all while cars piled up behind me. Combined with the fact that the employee’s pad would interfere with the menu if brought to close and my car was forcing those behind me into the parking lot. All of this on a 95 degree day.
