DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS MARCOS. Not good is putting it lightly. I'm not the type to leave a review, but my last two experiences with this place were horrible. I walked in recently and wanted to grab a pizza quickly. I asked the girl how long it would take, she said 10 minutes. I sat in my car and watched these kids that work there inside dancing around playing on their phones, no attempt to make my pizza quickly. Twenty minutes later I walk in and asked where my pizza was at? They looked at me crazy and had just put it in the oven Then they gave me attitude. I tried again today because I like their pizza, and wanted it delivered. The girl said it would be 45 minutes. An hour and a half later no pizza. I call and asked for a manager and the teenager on the phone said he was the manager. I asked where my pizza was and he said out for delivery. I call back 15 minutes later and he said he wasn't sure where the driver was at. I eventually asked for a refund after never receiving my food and once again the girl i talked to could care less and had an attitude. Horrible customer service. Read moreWe’ve sent loyal Marcos customers since this location opened. Like many of the other reviews, we have seen the customer service decline rapidly in recent months. We ordered pizza before 7pm on Saturday night with a 57 minute wait time for a house full of children. The pizza didn’t arrive until 10pm after many calls to the restaurant. I would like to say that the young lady who answered the phone was kind and respectful and clearly overwhelmed. When my husband inquired about if the owner/operate was present, she replied that the business was “very short staffed”. If a business is so short staffed that they cannot supply promised orders in a timely manner, the business should stop accepting orders u til they have served those who have paid and are waiting. Read moreDO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They allow you to order food, but use DoorDash to deliver and add more cost to your order by charging $5.99. Then if there are any issues, they won’t refund, say that any credits can only be used at that store, and frankly don’t care about the customer. There are other pizza places in the area, and even at there worst, will not send a sub half made (literally no meat on one half of the sub) and just treat their customer like garbage.
Now we get a reply from Marcos that is the same reply to the same problem in previous messages. If there was a true concern, it would be addressed immediately instead of your response here And asking us to fill out a Complaint.
