This was the first time I have been inside this McD’s and was surprised that nobody works the counter anymore. I had to order food from the kiosk ) feet away and put in my table tent number. When they called my number up front to get my food ( not sure why the make you get a table tent number and state they bring it to you). I went to the counter to find my food just sitting there and again nobody up front. I only had half my food on the tray and none of the drinks. When we sat down it took 5 tries to find a table that was half way clean. The others had dried up stuck on ketchup and other sauces on them. With the two of us there were ) people in here and around 4 cars in the drive thru. The ketchup machine was broke and you could only get packets, which isn’t a big deal it just looked broke for awhile and compounded the issues during the visit. Read moreThis is not about a particular visit. It is about the general management of this location. I frequent a lot of McDonald's. I've been to McDonald's in more states than I'd like to admit and also to locations in other countries.
This particular location is not a very busy one. Actually, it is on the slow side. I happen to live down the road and therefore frequent it a lot. On average at least once a day.
Orders are wrong more often than not. Delays happen at all times of the day and night. Having to wait unusually long periods of time in the drive-thru is the rule instead of the exception.
At times when I have gone inside I see more employees than customers and they still seem to take forever to fill an order and when filled chances are pretty good that it is wrong.
The first few times this happened I just chalked it up to chance but I now realize that this is an every day occurrence.
